I am a recovering addict, it's hard, I feel Neo's pain, this is painful and not taken seriously. I had a blood transfusion 5 years ago, my iron is stuck on 9 , not able to get to the minimum of 12
I can stop for abt 1yr and start again esp if i see someone close to me eating. I chew raw ginger or tooth paste whn i wanna kill the craving.. But it doesn't work for long. MAYBE A day or 2 then i give in😢
