I Love the Sol-Ark . My 8k has not failed me. Never complained about the cost until I found they are manufactured and assembled in china. Then to add insult to injury the software for the monitoring is in China also...
People considering buying this model should be advise to have this power capability you need a huge solar-array to match its full capability. A couple of panels won't unlock it's full capacity. Thought you should know. 😁
Great summary! Could the dump-load feature be used to charge an EV (from Type-2 charger), in a grid-tied residential configuration, when home storage batteries are full?
I have 2 12k and they are feed bye 31 /330 watt and 2 Storz . the inverters are on the south side in the sun and the in stall team is having master slave problems. any advise? also with 2 inverters can I double my out put?
Here in North America we refer to electricity in one of two ways, single phase or three phase. This inverter can do both, but to do three phase you basically need three inverters. It also naturally splits the single phase output (similar to standard residential electrical distribution) so that you have 120Vac between L1/N and N/L2. So single phase in the sense that you have 240Vac output, split phase in the sense that you have 240Vac (L1/L2) that is split with a neutral at half the sine length (120V/N/120V) splitting the phase. The inverter will provide power similar to common residential home single phase three wire system (ie. Split phase).
Hi Aleck, here's the link to the product detail page with price: www.solar-electric.com/sol-ark-sa-12k-pre-wired-hybrid-inverter-system.html - as far as battery compatibility, please call and speak with one of our solar engineers. They can totally help you with that question: (800) 383-0195

Something wrong with China?
Really excited to give this one a try. Didn’t realize how premium this all in one product is. It just looks like a grow watt 😂

That's my plan for it. As far as I know, it just activates the circuit so you'd have to have a way to have the charger start when it gets power.
Great video!! Thanks!

Yes👍🔋 🔌💡☀
Is system noisy like the Growatt?
Is a 3 phase system 3x 230V? Or 120V only?
👍
Hi sir. Is it a toroidal type of inverter?
Will this work with microinverters? it appears so, but i couldn't find mention of it in the instructions.
You can AC couple this but it best to use its internal PV management to take advantage of all the features.
each inverter will only take up to 2kw of AC power in
You said this is a 240 volt single phase? The web page said split phase. ??

Price please. Thanks.
What is the cost ? And is it compatible with the byd batteries?

Bsr sa coûte combien cette invectere
Single phase? I think you mean split phase Homeboy.
