I'm loving these boots so far. The leather has been amazing while breaking in. To be honest I was never that much attracted to brown boots, but this is a really good color.
How’s the sizing ?
@@abep.3110 It's good, they do run a tiny bit bigger, I have to wear them with thick socks but that's not a problem.

Great review on the Honcho boots!! I have to say I am a fan of Honcho boots and their older stock is always perfect in every detail. I think the 7-8 month wait time and higher demand has caused some attention to detail problems that you pointed out with the dye dripping on one side of the boot. Drew Boots also carries Honcho and is not offering any custom boots from them and many others due to the long wait that most customers are not willing to make. Interesting times in the cowboy boot world.
Is that why there is no made to order cowboy boot page on the Drew’s website?

Great boots. They look similar to Hondo's. The numbers for size and toe&heel are like Hondo's. Is the build and quality the same? 👍👍👍
Yes. Honcho makes these boots and they had close ties with Hondo back in the day. A Hondo sales rep broke off several years ago and took all the Hondo stitch patterns, toe numbers, heel styles and even style numbers and just made boots in the US under the name Honcho.

Dude I’ve been watching these on their website all week. Almost pulled the trigger on these for my birthday boot but then I saw their brown with shark heel counters so now Im torn. I really dig that hue of brown also horse butt is a a very durable leather would make for a perfect work boot.🤎🦈
