Fantastic! What a privilege to have the worlds only Supergrandmaster on, talking us through the Masterclass book. Been an absolute pleasure working with Mochy on the book and so glad to see him on your channel, Dan!

Thank-you, Dan, for another great interview, and to Mochi for giving his insights.
I would say the most recent book on game plan is Marc's Pure Strategy. I also think Mochi is wrong when he's says there's no literature on backgames. Walter Trice had 54 pages on backgames in his book. He used Snowie and some of the doubling positions are incorrect, but this was very helpful to me. Mochi has said previously that he doesn't read bg books, so he probably isn't aware of Walter's contribution to the topic, but I'm sure that he delves into the topic even further in Master Class. It's interesting to hear that Mochi uses Rainer's Anki system.

Thanks for the “beautiful” backgammon interview with Mochi…he seems to be a very humble man regarding all of his backgammon accomplishments…a very classy guy…well done to both of you!

One idea for growing the game would be to have some celebrities involved it the game. Maybe offer some big names a free-roll as I’m sure it’s been done many times in poker. Grant Cardone has shown himself playing backgammon and has mentioned it many times. He has a huge following. It’s starts with one name. Look at what Taylor Swift did recently for the NFL. Just her attending the games brought in a ton of new interest and cash.
