- If you need a replacement tractor seat, then you're probably shopping around for aftermarket alternatives to an expensive OEM replacement seat. I've purchased a handful of replacement tractor seats for John Deere tractors from Seat Warehouse and have had great success! These replacement tractor seats are a fraction of the cost of a new OEM tractor seat and many of them allow for a seat armrest upgrade kit which isn't available on some OEM seat models.
Installation is quick and easy. Watch how to install a tractor seat in this video. Most seats are simply a handful of bolts, remove the seat safety switch and install the new seat. Without a snafu, it can be done in 10-15 minutes. Adding the armrests is an easy process as well and only take a few minutes longer. This is a well thought-out design and an excellent option for a replacement tractor seat. I'd recommend Seat Warehouse any time. Visit them at www.seat-wareho....

I added the arm rests to my factory seat (2020 4052m). I knew I could tackle it after watching your video. Easy install and now I’m not resting my arms on the fenders when I’m mowing. Love it! I’ve matched many of your videos to help me make other better informed purchases. Thanks for what you do!
That's a good looking seat, and I believe the arm rests are a must have. I'm sure they would help steady delicate loader work!
I think so too. I can't believe the 3r Series doesn't have them as standard equipment.
Thanks! Just found a new seat with Armrests for my 316 Deere.
Nice! You'll love it!
Wow. What a great option for replacement. Thanks for finding this. Will surely get this when my seat is dead. Thanks!
I literally 2nd this in many ways - lol
@@SummertymeJamz hmm....
🤣😂🤘
Yeah, one of the better "finds" I've had recently. Good stuff!
Enjoyed your JD after market non OEM replacement seat. The arm rests are a nice added touch vs stock OEM seat. Regards, Mark
Thanks Mark! Always appreciate your feedback!
Nice work again! BTW, like the lithium Ion battery upgrade for the Dewalt 18 volt drill / driver.
Haha, good eye!
Just saw this as I’m in need of a replacement seat for JD 790.
Seat warehouse site says they’ve closed down.
Awesome! I would love that seat and armrest set but cannot find on their website. Great video thanks for sharing.
awesome I would love to get that seat and arm rest but cannot find on their site.
Love your videos.
Watch you and tractor time with Tim.
Question is.. my JD 2025R rear tire pressure.. tire calls for 40lbs... Been running them at 30lbs... but still looks like tread barley is doing anything for traction..I value your input, your opinion..
I do run a 5ft Bush hog and a 6ft box blade on it. Handles both with no problems.
Thank you
I typically run a few pounds under rated pressure. Traction is a function of weight. Not sure the application, but that could be the culprit.
@@GoodWorksTractors Thank you
Wow, how your video quality has improved
I bought the JD OEM arm rest kit for my 2036R at an eye watering 440 New Zealand Dollars (280 USD)!
Yikes!
Is there a replacement seat for the 4044m? Would like to upgrade to a suspension seat or something better than the Oem. Rides like rocks
What about a 5 E series tractor that has the metal back? I do not have arm rests and I cannot find anything that I know of that will work..
I ran across this video and checked seat warehouse , they are closed down, im looking to upgrade the seat on my 2021 3032e to a better more comfortable one any suggestions? I previously had a 2025r thanks.
Try tracseats.com and get 5% off with code GWT. They are backordered on some JD seats right now, but more coming in before too long.
You can also try reliable aftermarket parts out of Michigan. Thats who I just used
Do they offer an armrest to mount to the OEM seat? My tractor is a couple weeks old. An armrest would be great!
BTW I have a 3025e
What a nice seat!
Yes, looks great in person too. Very comfortable.
Do you have any seat upgrades that you would recommend for a 1023E to have a suspension seat?
No, but let me know if you come across one!
Wonder if John Deer introduce software enable seat...
Do you have a guess if their seats are foreign or domestic?? For the price, I'm assuming foreign made..........but then JD's might very well be too.
I have no idea, but I assume overseas. I'd also assume John Deere's are foreign. You know what they say about assuming though, haha :)
The stamped logo on the bottom of the seat says "MILSCO", Coventry, GB and Milwaukee, WI.
MILSCO is the same as Michigan Seat Company, who makes at least part of OE JD seats. My X748SE has a suspension seat made by Michigan Seat Company, and if you go to the Seat Warehouse site (that the video refers to), most of the seats if not all, are made by MILSCO. I think most of the reason the seats are less expensive than the OE seat is that they do not have JOHN DEERE embossed on the seat cover. I'm not bashing Deere in any way, I own a 2520, a X748, and 4 other older JD garden tractors and nothing but yellow and green has a spot on my property.
As far as the MILSCO seats go, they are great quality.
Nice, good to see something actually Made in the USA!
Got a good source for Grill Guards?
Does this seat work on the 2021 1025r?
Thats actually a very nice seat for that price. That would be $400 from JD
That's what I'm thinking too.
3rd!
We are slipping
