Ya, there is a pink taco truck but haven't seen it in a while.
Great video! but brothers tacos is in my top 3 best taco list, feels and taste like Mexico, but anyways, please try "porras tacos & bakery) in the Mexican neighborhood "Denver Harbor" off i-10 east freeway off Kress and Market, everything is homemade, the sauce, tortillas, and a lot of variety of meats made by Mexicans from the past 60 years!!, the tacos are big, affordable and delicious. Try their best ones, their chunky juicy carne guisada or their chorizo con juevos with potatoes. Yum!

Birria is amazing but you still gotta hit supreme gumbo truck and try the gumbo taco!!! Cajun Soul Food in a taco!! It’s different but can’t be beaten
Im not a seafood eater. BUT I will try to find the courage to taste this gumbo taco at some point.
Homemade tortillas are the best!!! My fav are carne enchilada meat, wich is a marinated meat 😋😋😋

Looks like ysll didn't eat go to the right spots...try out Taconazo on Fulton st and Laredos on Patton st right around the corner both in the Northside Houston. Best tacos in H-town !! Everybody knows!!

I'm not gonna lie the tacos in texas look like trash compared to California tacos
Been doin a lot of searching and I've found some pretty amazing looking spots for the next episode. The biggest issue here is that there are Tons of taco spots and many of them are not so amazing.
