Have you been able to figure out how to check battery level without using the app? I know that you can get charging status when you put it back on the charger. The "manual" says that you can press the mode button twice to see charge status, but I can't quite figure out how to make that happen. Thanks!

My hygeniest said to hold this against the tooth and let it do the work, same with near the gums, and not to brush back and forth as one would with a manual brush.

When you connect your brush did it pop up as a white brush or the colour you picked? I’ve got a blue 7 and the app it pops up as white

I bought Oral B. IO “Ultimate clean”.Treated the same as all the “Series”?
I did my setting wrong I do get it back to english
Is the toothbrush supposed to display the current charge level while charging? For me it does when I first put it on the charger but then turns off after 5-10 seconds. I thought it was supposed to keep displaying the charge level until it's fully charged.
Mine only displays it when you first plug it in too.

You push the on and off button to turn on and off the bristles.

How to turn off this after brushing our teeth?
My series 8 won't charge. Got it for xmas off husband. Charging display is showing 27% after being on the base for 2 days. Have tried different sockets in the house. Etc.
You could try a different outlet but it's probably defective. I'd return it and get a new one.

Each brush head had a different shape on it? Do you know what that means? I couldn’t figure it out in the manual.
No idea. I thought they were the same. Obviously there are different brush modes that you can change while brushing.

The symbols on the brush heads is for families sharing the base. Instead of the colored rings on the older model brush heads :)
One is for daily clean one is for whitening and I forgot the other

I have a genius 8000 and I never use the app for this teethbrush because I need to be in the focus of the camera to track the position of the toothbrus and I have to hold my smartphone in my hand all the time for this and I dont like it.
Do I need to do that when I use the app of the iO Series toothbrush? Thanks for your answer. :)
You do not. You'll need your smartphone Bluetooth turned on. You could place the phone on your counter as you brush.
Baught from boots and only recieved 1 brush heads, is this normal?

@@ayItsamy lift the brush and the screen turns on saying hello or something like that. That's normal.

Recently I have done nitrogen treatment on my face n I have seen that you have done it too n now u don’t have that scar on ur face. So will u tell me please is that nitrogen therapy effective. N ur scar disappeared by the treatment of nitrogen??? How long it took to disappear that scar from ur face. Hope u will give me answer. I will be very thabkful. Take care.
Takes several months for it to heal. Then to clean it up I used Volition Tumeric Brightening Polish.

If Bluetooth is on on both the phone and the brush but you don’t open the app but just have the phone locked nearby, does it register the brushing anyway? Or do you really have to use the app for it to log the brushing session?
Can't remember off the top of my head but I believe it may remember for a couple sessions.
I lost 10% battery usage after 4 mins brush. Is that normal?

Try a slower setting. They have one for gum care that I think is slower.
