It really broke my heart why I saw the video of her viewing Bruce's body during the viewing session in Hong Kong back in '73, you can see it in her face that she really loved him dearly. These two would have made a very beautiful couple in real-life ❤❤

Nora knew my grandfather somehow. She even interviewed my grandpa on the radio at some point. I even knew her during my early childhood. Used to see her every other weekend at my dad's restaurant.

Nora was my first love. I was 7 years old and idolized Bruce. Growing up in the US, girls were/are quite big, loud, ugly and masculine. Nora was a porcelain flower, the epitome of lovely grace and cute beauty. Something I never saw in real life. I was hooked and knew Asia was the way forward. I knew this at 7 years old. Nothing changed and 13 years later I moved to Asia. I have been here ever since - 23 years and counting. Thank you Nora, your sweet face gave me my destiny.

so the pretty little girl way back then ...I remember the days of our prime if I can still recall in the 1970's.. the girl was so simple and pretty in her role as a young leading lady in that film but she was the most favorite among his leading ladies and the heartthrob of the millions of Bruce Lee fans around the world. Of course we presumed she was unaware of it, no doubt. and so comes next were the stories of her alleged intimate fondness with the legendary Bruce Lee.. but that was only where the rumors went and that Nora simply gracefully disappeared from the limelight after his death..
I watched those Kung Fu movies to see the Chinese females in the background as much as to see the fighting styles of the dudes. Those Asian women had such a delicate, soft feminine way about them and oh so cute. Especially the Chinese girl pout when they couldn't get their way. Those days are long gone with all this feminism in the West. Phillipines might be the last bastion of soft ladies. But that's just my opinion.

I didn't want to believe it when I was younger, but after hearing and reading some of the evidence throughout the years, I believe Bruce had several mistresses and also used recreational drugs as he became more famous. Not to defend him but I guess that was actually normalized back then in the late 60's and the early 70's entertainment industry. Anyways, cliche as it may sound, no one is a saint and what he did in private doesn't take away from the kind of legendary actor and martial artist that he was.

Very wrong… when Lee instructed Tate’s fighting scenes, he was not a big deal in Hollywood. Ed Parker got him a job through his connections, with Lee later leaving due to frustrations with Hollywood roles. Tate was around handsome men six feet tall who were famous, she did not waste time with Lee who was just a choreographer at the time. Your love for Lee is making him bigger than he really was during those years. White women were not attracted to Asians, nor was Tate “intimately seeing” Bruce Lee. She had bigger and better…
