So i did this for a while and while i agree the progressive linkage is more drivable than opening both butterflies at once its not the best final solution. You wind up losing considerable performance at low speeds and wind up with a sticky spot around 30-40% TPS. Put the stock linkage back in but make yourself a custom bracket that adds a bit of added lever arm to the throttle linkage. This added lever arm drastically reduces the pedal effort you feel in your foot and can be done for
Dont forget to go into the handheld and tell it you have the progressive linkage. You dont want it injecting fuel in the secondary side while its closed
It’s still in the settings somewhere under tuning I just saw it today. I however only went with the extension bracket not the progressive and it’s fine.
#1 I had to much vacuum so I installed a pvc valve. #2 I took needle nose plyers and bent the spring on secondaries so it's not so tight. #3 fine tune your return spring not to tight or loose

do you have a video for that?
@@danieldjjackson5478 you bet I do one sec
Try Holley part 20-16 throttle extension.
Heard about that link causing tuning issues looking forward to a update with u driving it
I wasn't aware of that thank you! I'll have to do some research and see if there's any solutions. The couple drives I did felt good so far however
Hey mate, good video but your selling yourself short by installing that linkage. I put a Sniper extension bar on, and it's the bomb!

👍 I'll do that next time I take her out thank you!
I believe Holley removed the option on the handheld. I had to make my throttle linkage longer. Helped a bit.

So I figured mine out ..its all good ..do not swap linkage..you want secondaries opening when they do
What did you do to yours?

Also make sure your idle screw is set correctly which helped alot
Thank you! My mustang 1968 was doing the same thang it works now stiff pedal GONE! Works!
is there any adjustments to be made on the sniper computer?
throttle extension bracket is better :)
I have the same damn problem with my sniper brand new ..almost not drivable.
Im gonna take mine in to get tuned which i really dont want to spend rhe money on. Do you think the tuning guys know this trick?
Mine sticks hard, annoying
