Honestly it’s super super simple. I don’t marinate it. Just season with dried oregano, sea salt, black pepper and garlic powder. Sear all sides in a hot pan with olive oil. For mash potatoes I boil until tender and whip them with milk, sea salt and butter. Gravy I use the drippings in the pan. Add in Floyd and water.
THAT...piece of steak looks like it bathed in some sort of magnificent sauce...loaded with flavors I’m sure!!! It’s not too chewy either it seems...I’m sure it’s still tender! Miss this kind of meal SM!!!! 😫😫😫 ~~happy eating! 🔥

Yumeka 'Vadam Oh no!!! I think crab is still available here. The stock that is and it’s local so there’s no worries about it being contaminated by anything. Yeah I did it again LOL. I was busy cooking for the kids and forgot to lift up the lid on the steak so it cooked more than I liked it to be. Good this the cut is good and it still was super tender!
@@ASMRPhan I just watched their video. We eat quite a bit of salmon. We like to grill in on charcoal with bbq sauce. It sounds horrible but I promise it's delicious. The kids are naturals in front of the camera. They've had excellent teachers👍💝
