Recover/Reset Router Admin Password without knowing password

Hi I hope you still respond. I have a zte mf283+ I forgot the gateway username and password. I tried to press the reset button but it doesnt reset the router. Can you please help me how can I reset the router or how to get the password. I change the password before by the way and forgot it

i have a easy solution just hold down the rest button on your router for 30 seconds then let go and it will rest ur router password and username for the website and it will make your internet password back to normal from the password that was on your router
