Nah he’s still with pearl. For some reason this drum festival I think only had these two kits set up on stage. This dw kit and then the green ddrum kit that Benny greb Chris Coleman and others played on. Some Artists couldn’t didn’t even play their cymbal companies like Tony Taylor, he’s endorsed by sabian and he was playing zildjians. Chris Coleman Benny greb are sonor artists and had to play that green ddrum kit with an Orange County side snare drum and used the dw floor tom. Haha. The gear was just all random and all over the place. I’m sure none of them were happy with not being able to play their companies gear although chris and Benny did both use their own meinl cymbals.

yeah, I think the mix is also really bad. almost no cymbal/ride and to mutch kick.
So sound is pretty bad that way.

Dennis likes way more ring to his drums. Mixer did a terrible job.

Geez. Dennis has come as close to mastering the dtum kit as anyone. I guess he left Pearl
