How to Prevent Embroidery & Crafting Burnout

While watching several RUclips videos and scrolling through various Facebook groups I discovered a growing concern. BURNOUT!!
As a retired Nurse, I am very familiar with the pitfalls of career BURNOUT!.
Often we can feel like being overworked, under appreciated and under paid (low generated income).
