My sister suffers from endometriosis and people think it’s all in her head and it’s clearly not. I’ve seen her in such pain and her insides are suffering and because people can’t SEE it they don’t understand.
I’m really proud of you for getting outside in the fresh air. Toby really loved it too.

I am so sorry to hear that your sister is in so much pain... and worst, nobody believes her. Endometriosis is not a well-known problem... but it is a really one. I hope she has a doctor who believes her and gets the care she needs.

Morning Judith how lovely to have a chat with you this morning. Your dog park is beautiful. I really love the cubby in it with the seats. How cool is that? Lucky Toby to have such a beautiful dog park to run around? I understand what you mean about dog parks? We did go to one for awhile. Oh my goodness believe it or not. They were quite clicky. All the ladies were together and Bert and I were the other side of the park. Millie wasn’t a very social dog. She didn’t like other dog so we couldn’t be any dogs but she loved going and sniffing all of the pee mail !
Well done for forgetting out of your comfort zone. It was a really really big walk for you today. I can understand you would be burnt out. I’m on my exercise bike getting ready for the day. My niece will be coming over later and will be off shopping for some more with Her looking so forward to it. She lives in America and has flown over for a few days. Can’t wait to spend more time with her. The forest is beautiful. I do hope you went home and made yourself a nice cuppa and sat down and did some crochet. Thank you! Yes, we have a very beautiful dog park. We don't really have clicks in this one, but people are very friendly and love to chat about their dogs. And that is fine. It's just that I didn't feel like chatting... but even with my airpods... I got stopped by 2 couples... oh well. It was still a nice outing.
