- Love is an identical vibration to appreciation. And appreciation is nothing more than positively focusing towards something. This means that unconditional love is the same as unconditional positive focus. A simpler way of putting this is that unconditional love is positive focus (appreciation) that is not conditional upon how another person acts. Now it is time to get real for a minute. How many of us on this earth are capable of that right now? Not many of us. And this should not make you feel bad about yourself because unconditional love and enlightenment are the exact same state. We know how difficult it is to reach enlightenment. It is a lifelong practice if not a multi lifetime practice for most beings. And we also know that enlightenment is not a goal that we reach. Instead, it is a horizon line that continues to move further into the future with every desire that we have and with every new perspective that we are introduced to. It is the same with unconditional love. Unconditional love is a practice, it is not a state we achieve and are then done practicing. There is no retirement from the practice of unconditional love.

When I typed in "how to love unconditionally" I knew in my heart that Teal would pop up. I am not disappointed. Exactly what I needed.

I began listening to Abraham-Hicks a couple of years ago. I began contemplating and applying what I heard. Teal says pretty much the same thing as A-H, just in a different way at times. I have pleasantly discovered that what both say is true, at least in my life. I'm forever appreciative of these types of videos. A CONTEXT FOR ECSTASY
The people in your life, without exception, are ALWAYS expressing, to the utmost of their capacity, their absolute love for you. The bound upedness of their capacity to express their absolute love for you, you mistake for their not loving you enough, their lack of appreciation, their lack of respect, their lack of care etc.
Every interaction with another person consists ONLY of the highest expression they are capable of of their absolute love for you.
All human expression, at the root, consists of varying degrees of a bound expression of absolute Love.
Your knowing the above and your willingness to be blown away by the people in your life (just as they are) will generate the heat necessary to melt whatever needs to be melted. Miracles will occur.
+Mark Lesseraux Right you are - to be realistic, indeed; unconditional love is possible (even "love your enemy" is possible) but it is impersonal, mind you. The question might well be wether we (really) want that at this (whatever) juncture; there is a paradox about it that I don't bring up.
Unconditionally love is VERY possible. it's looking pass the negative and focusing on the positive and change the negatives to become positive. To mature or grow. not ignore the flaws but accept them because there is not one person on this planet without flaws. To Love all people on the planet is a highly VERY hard thing to do, but it is okay to dislike flaws. Accepting them is the part where people fail. Im kind of a hopeless romantic and LOVED LOVE. I have been hurt more than id like and divorce and even almost came close to giving up on love but God told me and showed me something different (Don't flip out! Yes I'm very much a christian. been that way since i was able to remember things. Imperfect and all) I have Always LOVED LOVE at the age of 2...NO Seriously but I never extended it to all people even ones I can't stand.i don't pretend to be perfect or be all-knowing but I realize to truly love is to look accept and look pass the flaws and help them become better. sometimes though flaws aren't bad they make that make that person who they are. love them anyways :)

thank you Teal. I have watched all your tubes this year, and this was the one I needed most. Four years of "unconditionally" loving my abusive partner saw me digging my own grave . Ive been out for near a year, but now am at the no contact phase. Time to unconditionally love myself and my little girl, time to love us. Teal has spoken on this, as well as many master witnesses of reality, in that those "others" you speak of are actually projected expressions of you, reflecting back to you, showing you to you. So of course if you are aware they will project that awareness. If you are not they offer the gift of the the opportunity to become aware of self. There's only 1 of us here!

I like listening to young people like this. One could be forgiven for feeling......what can this person teach me, shes too young. But so often we learn from children.....very young children. We learn legitimate lessons from kids.........so older adults like me can 100% learn something from younger less experienced adults. I know this is random, but sometimes I feel that younger ppl dont get respect for their wisdom due to their lack of years. But they have wisdom too.
Teal Scott always makes me feel safe and happy, and her talks and interviews are always calming and inspiring, what I always fight myself about is that if we are trying to find our way back to source, then it is hard for me to feel completely satisfied with my current conscious state. I want to grow, but by stating that feel like I am telling myself that my current state is not perfect enough.
Practice love can made you healthier, happier. you pat a dog, give a unused cloth, say a good word is love. You don't need to just give a lot money. But do emotionally to let your energy flow.

Perfect alignment is not always present as we are still subject of ego - which is very smart sometimes - emotions, thoughts and all sorts of situations and interactions.
What is always present is the "outside the box" perspective and I keep appreciating it instead of looking for more :-)

I have moments when I can give to someone love without conditions, without to win something! I give example! I meet a guy and I have feel to help him, I speack with him, I have give him a big hug with love! I feel so beautiful to help him! We all give this to our children, to our woman, to someone who you love, mother, father, a friend, a stranger, homeless!

Until the day I told him that I'm not Jesus.

I died a few weeks ago (ruptured AAA) They froze my brain and stopped ALL brain activity. I went to an alternate reality, a place where all of the energy that held everything together was that of unconditional love. I basked in it and it healed me. When I finally was functioning in this reality I told my Dr I would never forget him, He returned the comment but I wondered why. He told me because Nobody has Ever Survived what I went through. I learned a lot about unconditional love and alternate realities during my experience. The secret is...they are right here all the time.

She confirms many of my beliefs and put them in a nice package. I am aware that it is impossible to love everyone unconditionally 24/7 but perhaps we would better concentrate on those closest to us. Or just be mindful of those times somebody stirs strong emotions & take a look at it, learn and process in a loving way, without judging ourselves so harshly

I dunno...I feel love in my heart despite being threatened or even not enjoying being around certain people. I wish peace on all sincerely. But also, I realize there is no reason for existence without some entanglement or whatever ...it's like ,"what else am I gonna do with my life?"..., we have a lot of expectations on what enlightenment is going to look like or what love looks like. I accept and even like that I am not everyone's cup o tea and vice versa... People have different ways of being...I love that....we just aren't all a match depending on how close we want to be. I have a hard time saying I am enlightened but know I have a certain enlightenment having realized my love and acceptance of myself, which came with assistance from this channel and others. When we have seen our egos and realized why we do the things we do and realize we aren't what we have done and haven't even know what the hell we have been doing been just trying to LIVE.... How can we not have a level of love and compassion for all? I would never say I don't have issues or behaviors that might not be the healthiest....I accept myself as this funky creature, little animal walking around doing things on the planet and see the rest the same. Realizing how difficult it is to realize ourselves takes way the frustration or expectation of anyone else doing it....we can love the world and people anyways. Realizing we are no kind of ideal being and having peace with that, we can accept the same for others. Thanks for prompting some thoughtfulness;)
Wow, you're enchanting! 🥰Unconditional love is a tricky concept to play with. No matter what we tell ourselves it seems like our subconscious minds just use our conscious minds to justify doing whatever it takes to meet the agenda of our biology. On a consciousness level we are complete whole beings but on other levels we may find ourselves wanting. It's a paradox that we only attract and maintain external relationships that make us feel whole to the degree that we feel whole internally and thus don't need the external wholeness. In that sense external wholeness is always present independent of circumstances its just a matter of wether or not recognizing it internally first. Some people have all the external things and still don't feel whole because wholeness is NOW no matter what. With that it seems like presence is the key to unconditional love.

If you love any mortal unconditionally that mortal will abuse you, no matter who that mortal is. You must love mortals conditionally by being nice when they are nice and being mean when they are mean. If you are nice when they are mean they will just become meaner. Of course if you are among high vibe humans who are never mean to you, u will never be mean to them either so that is almost equivalent to unconditional love practically, but seriously, unconditional love is only reserved for God, or Source or whatever you want to call the Creator.
