Informative video thank you, I wish I knew earlier I have already registered for Masters ....I did BSC Microbiology & Biochemistry in my undergraduate and Hons in Medical Microbiology ....i applied ko Lancet n Ampath for Lab Assistant but no luck, didn't know about learnership though
Can I ask you where you did your BSc and Hons, NHLS Normally advertise medical scientist internship for 24 months early in the year but they choose which university students they take, you are way qualified to be a lab assistant, dont focus only on pathology labs ,you can go into sales, clinical trials ,try CSIR as well ,research too try NGOs that focus on HIV and Aids/TB also contact forensic labs as well, i can see you major in Micro that's just my 2cent advice, Bsc is so frustrating because you don't get registered with HPCSA
Guess what I took the panel interview yesterday and passed it, psychometric test on Monday. What kind of Math, Physics and Life Science case studies must I expect? By the way it's for LA at Ampath
Hi there. Can you kindly estimate how much the stipend is, also what about if a person is currently studying at Unisa will they allow them to do both the Unisa program and this learnership?

Hey Phindile
What are the working hours for phlebotomist? 7h00 - 17h00 ?
Depends on the needs of the company…I work 12hrs 6-6 and have my off days…I work as much as I rest
Hi is there any age restriction?
Hey, when do applications for medical technicians open?
I’ll announce as soon as they open
Applied and didn't get it in💔

I have an Online test on Monday for for lab assistant one, any advice on what I can expect on the test
I’m also writing one on Monday. Good luck, I hope we pass

I’m not sure what’s in the test for LA, all I know is you need to quick because the time given is short and often people complain about not finishing
I think life sciences things, anyway good luck my love❤️❤️❤️
Do they provide accommodation for the learnerships
When they doing placements? Do they give you a choice? Like where you'd like to work?
Secondly, do they have any accommodation? Or you must find your own?
No accommodation, you’ll be given options for placement and you’ll choose or they will place you where needed
