Thanks for the insight. No doubt in my mind you have a superior product. I am editing my comment…. I realize large companies cannot offer the personal service you provide… but I have an 18 month oldGE range that has never functioned properly, neither GE nor Lowes will offer so much as a phone call of help. I have 3 (three) expensive leather chairs made by Southern Motion inc. the third identical motor failure has occurred. They are 2 years old or less. SM could not care less. Not even interested in failure analysis after 3 identical failures. Folks who buy your inverters are getting a HUGE bargain in the fact you and Sid care enough to talk with customers and help with any issues. Bless you both for forging thru all the pitfalls and building a decent product that you care about.
Sid I'm sure is as appreciative of you as you are him. You are the backbone of your company. Sid may be the the Brainac of the the company but you dedication to the project is just as important . You two have built an awesome product and will thrive as long as you keep your customer service first and foremost. If the supply chain holds up for a couple years you guys will be where you want to be. I love your product and am looking forward to marketing it in our area. Congrats boys !
It has been fun and humorous to watch Sid and Sean build this company. Sean, I will tell you right now, Sid firmly believes that the Lord brought all of us together and he has no plans of giving up! Giving up is not who he is. He works at anything and everything until it's better than when he first started it. Yes, he is an incredible man and he can do anything he sets him mind to. Lastly Sean, you're not the only one who feels like you don't know anything compared to Sid. ;-) I understand even less than you do, but we still love Sid! You two make a wonderful working pair!

I still can’t believe how big that GS 12K is… two people have to lift that sucker at the house! I am waiting for the connectors to arrive in the mail, to attach the 12k to my batteries… can’t wait to plug my GS 12k in!!!
Definitely can...question is how's the best way to display it on the small screen. One of the more recent firmware updates separated "INV" mode from "AC" mode KWH, so you can differentiate between them.

Got my 6k the other day its truly a work of art and great American quality wich is really rare today.. great work..u should be proud of it for sure

One thing that you should try is to see if u can separate the power production from solar and what's from the grid
