Kokoli (not sure of the spelling) is an absolute credit. Living well below her means and working unusual days and hours to be dedicated to the job. Seeing the hard work she is putting in you just know she will be rewarded one way or another. It's magnificently inspiring
Can someone explain the debate / issue about CPS and prosecution? I'm familiar with the US system where there is a district attorney and deputies that prosecute, and then defense lawyers. Am I to understand that in the UK, all barristers work for themselves and then when the state needs a prosecutor, they pick one? So barristers are sometimes doing prosecution work and sometimes doing defense work? I'm so confused.
I'm sorry...but what is your problem with council estates? What exactly do you want to "deal with"? And what do you mean by "these sort of people"? Do you honestly believe that criminals fit into nice, tidy categories? Criminals on one side and good guys on the other? That's not how it works. I think you've got a problem with "riff raff".

She can’t use flatmates.com or use google to find a court. Not too sure on that one.
That female barrister for the CPS is excellent
Thank you so much for taking the time to reply! I understand now.
That clerk screwed up and is covering his arse.
If I were a barrister no way would I have a poxy clerk tell me what to do

@freetoskateboard same
And that's why you're not a barrister.
I seen this.
