Moving on from Alannia to Camping Poniente near Motril

- We have had a great time at Alannia Resort Costa Blanca but we must move on to visit family down to Granada region. We have booked 10 nights at Camping Poniente near Motril where we have stayed before. A lovely site and just across the road from an excellent beach and the sea.

I love to follow camping and travelling youtube channels. There is something crazy i'm noticing. All the people who are camping, are looking younger day by day. Same to you guys, you look so happy. I wish i could lead this lifestyle when I'm retired. Right now I'm a corporate slave:-)
It’s pretty easy to feel happier in such good weather.
More of an outdoor lifestyle too might be helping with the younger look 👍😀😎
You need small trailer with atop that shuts down and perhaps a top box carrier .You could then just put the table and chairs In the boot with the drinks and perhaps and portable power station or electric things and clothes in top box and everything else in the trailer with awning on top.You need Space to move around in the van.Once you are pitched its all under the awning.You both look Happy that's the main thing .Continous rain over here and very cold since you left. You are in the better place.Hugs Pippin xxxx

Glad to see it all went back in🙂. I like the layout of your van, we had a 5.4m version for a short while but now have a 6m with u shaped rear lounge and boot - downside is making the bed😂. We met you at Alannia as you were packing up!Take care🙂

Small trailers on sale around 100 with tops that cover everything.
If I was to tow anything with the motorhome it’d be a small car 😀👍😎
You could raise the hight of bed to give more space

You do have a lot of gear, I'm as bad, I'm halfway down France at the moment and have realised that I don't need half of the things in the van. Have you thought about buying a property near your brother in Spain. 🤔🤔🤔🤔😁😁😁😁👍👍👍👍
Hi, yes we did consider something at La Manga back in 2019 but certain events took over 😔
My other half always tells me the campervan isnt a tardis😂

All the stuff is pretty light weight though apart from the awning so I recon we’d be ok 👍😀😎

Hi Rob, yes we do still have the boat but our plan is to be on it less and less. We will be off to Sweden at the end of June and then heading off to the Winter Sun in Spain in December.
@@TheHappyTravellers lovely to hear from you Steve - not sure you remember me but we were going to meet up in Stratford on Avon a few years ago but it never happened - I’m on my third van now - stuck with Autotrail and have currently got an Apache 634 😀
