“Brodhead 2022” Pietenpol/Hatz Reunion - Unedited - #34

I just concluded my first Brodhead Pietenpol/Hatz Reunion Fly-In experience. It was spectacular.
The EAA 431 along with the Kelch Aviation Museum and many others have made this a very special event that all lovers of aviation should visit at least once. I met so many interesting people from all over. Everyone was friendly, engaging and willing to share their experience, stories and knowledge of building airplanes. I was even served dinner by a little known pilot named Jeff Skiles. 🤩. You may have heard of him. 😉 I was able to see my good friend go for a ride in the worlds only flying Aeronca LB. I walked through a beautiful collection of vintage aircraft housed by the @kelchaviationmuseum
I got to chat with Bryan from the @experimentalaircraftchannel It was the best 3 days in aviation I’ve had in 31 years in aviation.
