I find your reviews to be very well researched. You put in a lot of time on content and it shows. Congrats to you! One thing bugs me. No more "squishy nose" talk. It's been mentioned too many times.
haha we appreciate it! Trust me, I'd rather not mention it. But over 97% of our viewers are non-subscribers and first time viewers. So I need to make sure these videos are informative to those who aren't familiar with me! But thanks for the positive vibes, we appreciate your support!
I find the different experiences that users have using the same mask fascinating. I have only ever used a P10 because it was suggested as the best first attempt mask and it has been perfect for me ever since. I have no problem exhalation pressure, no condensation, no fit, leak, or comfort issues and no problem moving about as much as I want. I use it with a ResMed AirSense 11 and I don't even use the water tank. The rotating connections at either end of the hose with this mask did intrigue me a little because the P10 does not have even one rotating end. I think the reason it would be necessary with this Nova Micro is because the elephant hose is so short on this mask. It looks to be about half the length of the hose on the P10. I expect that the significantly longer hose on the P10 allows for far more torsional freedom, eliminating the need for the rotating connections. I think I would probably have issues with the shorter length of the Nova Micro elephant hose because the additional length in the P10 hose creates the freedom I have in turning from side - to - side and is probably largely responsible for the fit and comfort experience I have.
I’m really interested in this mask. The only thing holding me back from ordering is I can’t seem to find a site anywhere online that sells cushion replacements for it. Including the cpap store. I wouldn’t want to have to replace the whole mask when a cushion wears out.
I have one of these, I have been using an N30i and thought I’d try the micro because I’m a side sleeper. I’m really struggling with exhaling with it. Any pointers?
hi there, the Solo is another/different new mask by F&P that we do not have in Canada. The USA/Australia got the Solo and New Zealand/Canada have the Micro (this video). The Solo may come to Canada later this year.
You had me at "this is the new Brevida"

when will the nova micro pillow mask be available in the USA?
I love the Evora. I just can't get use to these nose pillow types of any type. The Evoras headgear is so awesome. Highly recommend.
I just got this from your store and I like it much more than the P10. Really comfortable and like you said, really easy to exhale out.
Looking forward to your head-to-head video in coming days.

Is there a date for this mask in the US?
I want one...I'll test it
Does the exhaust block up with condensation like the P10, causing you to rebreath and wake up gasping for air due to high CO2 levels?
it does not block up, it is easier to exhale when compared to the P10. However, it should be noted the higher airflow may be too much for some people.
Is this review for the new mask that seems to have come out referred to as the solo in other reviews?

Hows the noise compared to other masks? The F&P Solo is a bit loud with this style of exhaust - does this have the same issue?
yes it does blow hard and is louder when compared to masks like the brevida and the P10.
It’s not available in the US yet 😢
ikr... bummer! :(
