Something to keep in mind with Frame Arms kits is the sheer amount of modular freedom you have with them. They are designed to be kitbashed, so to speak, and if you take some time to peruse custom Frame Arms builds, i think you would be pretty sold on the brilliant engineering behind them, not to mention the multitude of MGS compatible weapons and accessories! Truly a kitbashers dream! Zach is the perfect reviewer for these kinds of kits, as he is a firm believer in the unlimited potential of every kit as long as you're willing to put a little bit of elbow-grease into them.
Mark I love that attitude man, totally agree. Some of the best looking builds I have are the cheap crappy ones I had fun without worry of messing them up.
@@catcrapinahat For real! I actually just bought a really cheap gunpla kit (Gusion Rebake FC) with the intent of customizing it's looks & paintjob. As you said; The cheaper kits allow you more freedom to experiment, as you're not as worried for messing up. Often leading to a more enjoyable experience overall.
Funny thing, the main designer for the Frame Arms series, Takayuki Yanase, was also the designer for most of MGR Revengeance's cyborgs, including Raiden.

This mech looks so much like a metal gear. Or just a normal Yoji Shinkawa design. I love it
Edit: oh duh
Its a budget Sehelanthropus!
More like a Calamity War Sahelanthropus
Someone needs to make a crimson chin custom with this
Its like a refined version of the sahelanthropus.
Also its head reminds me of the dix-neufs head
I knew I wasn't the only one seeing the Dixneuf face
“Colonel! Who let Otacon design his own Metal Gear?”
I mean he did though, he designed REX
Man you save my life, I watch this review think, buy this version or the black...
you planning to buy The Frame Arms Genbu Or Mingwu. They look like mobile suits came from The ironblood orphan universe
This looks a lot like an IBO suit as well. With the arm armor it resembles the Grimgerde.
Gives off the metal gear aspects of it's designed
You should review Frame Arms Kongo since it's rather large and it has a unique design and transformation.
Gahald Mills he’s never been a fan of transforming mecha. But that’s never stopped him from reviewing them either. Fingers crossed!
How does the frame compare to the original architect? Maybe a separate quick comparison in the future?
probably interesting if there are also Frame Arms designs that tries to evoke the Metal Gear cyborgs like Raiden.
Funny thing, the main designer for the Frame Arms series, Takayuki Yanase, was also the designer for most of MGR Revengeance's cyborgs, including Raiden.
Like a Calamity War Sahelanthropus
I think that one head panel has a Annette not a horn
Does it require glue to put together?
Mecha yautja. Somebody give this mech the dreadlocks.
Hey zaku I purchased the shadow tiger set a few weeks ago and it’s arriving today, can I get some advice on how to remove those seen lines
Seem”
*seam
So it’s about the size of a mg ?
This thing looks like Yoji Shinkawa took the Sahelanthrophus and put it in ZoE universe
This new Gusion Rebake looks slim.
Frame Arms is always awesome!
This has a IBO kind of feel I love it
One of the Trio Tiger (Baihu, Yinghu, Linghu)
The metal gear sahelanthropus vibes are so real right now
How about a muv luv in this scale.
Looks good
2:03 they look like finger-gun hands xD
It reminds of the Sahelanthropus from MGS V
Same designer xd
Looks like an IBO MS
can you plug that sword holding thing into the arm/leg?
Yes!
This is the frame arms that's not a frame arms at all
Because frame arms main frame is inferior by current era standard
Looks like a Barbatos Ver 0,5
Its face looks like ukanlos or uragaan.
It looks like a mix between the eva godzilla figure with some ibo ms and gundams
The face looks like EVA, the body concept looks like Barbatos.
That chin.
The cover looks better than the actual thing in my opinion. Maybe that's what sold you to buy it Zak? XD
Pre-ordered. Its certainly one of the more unique frame arms.
Anyone else getting any ibo vibes
Kitbash it with barbatos lupus rex. ^^
Make a FA:Girl custom of this.
✌🐨✌
Much like inspired from (kinda) barbatos arms & legs , Gundam age legilis body/00 pseudo GN drive and Gundam mk 5 head
With sahelanthropus vibes
Jay Tojino it’s almost entirely metal gear related as the person who designed it created almost all the metal gear designs for the mgs series
dem tiny feet
Man, that head is doofy lookin.
