You missed the last part of the instruction.---> Wait for "100" to appear BEFORE you release the gas pedal (see 9:08 in the video). I have not seen any youtube video that shows that part (Step 3) of the instruction manual that is why probably many have experienced "limp mode" on their vehicle while using the throttle controller.

Just bought one for my 2014 ford fusion, magnaflow exhaust w/ E3 sparkplugs and ram air intake, the vitesse controller should make my car literally fly 🤣🤣
John B I can’t remember if I no lift shifted in the video but I do all the time. I’m not sure rly using this anymore. It did cause some issues once I started nodding and tuning
all this does is changes the throttle curve. at sp9 for instance, pressing the pedal 1/8 of the way in is about the same as flooring it in normal mode.... the econ mode can actually be more useful if you put a lot of HP out and want your car to actually drive smooth. its a neat little box but it doesnt actually do anything to give your more literal power output lol..........

I have experienced limp mode or engine power reduced that's why I uninstalled mines. Maybe I will go back and follow step 3 lol

Can't we just disable the AFM to solve that throttle lag? It seems like this unit gives Limp and throws up codes..
When you cut your car off do it still Supposed to be on
