In Polish _Strzelce Opolskie_ literally all you have to do is to just obey the rules. There it's almost impossible for a fellow prisoners to harm you, if you don't live with them in the same cell (if you get a ,,N", you will live alone). And there's no cafeteria you, as an inmate, can enter¹ - you get food directly, cells, instead of iron bars, have heavy iron doors, and any form of communicating with inmates of other cells (e.c. via messages wrote on paper) is strictly prohibited (and, with guards controlling your every step and checking your cell at least once a week it's simply impossible), so you can make no major social interactions there. Seriously, if you're sent to Polish prison, even though you will be treated like animal², obey the rules and get some job the prison will offer you - and if you don't like the way you're treated, or you think you shouldn't be e.c. isolated, in Poland, no matter what type of criminal are you, you have right to discuss it with anyone from the stuff you want, or write complaint and prison is obligated to answer it and search explanation - no matter what have you wrote there³, with only demand it must be in formal Polish language.
¹Unless you're inmate who volounteered in kitchen. Except for chef and dietician, food in Polish prisons is made only by such volounteers. Food made in Polish prison costs around 4 PLN (1,15 USD) per person daily, however there's strong pressure on this food to be healthy and fresh.
²Most probably you will be let out (into walkyard) for once a week. It's also the only time you will be allowed to see someone from other cells, but guards will control strictly every social interaction you're trying to make. Also, if you will not want to get out of it on your own will, guards will force you to do so.
³Once upon a time in prison in Radom, there was a complaint about ,,stools in gym not certified".
Here's another way don't do anything that will get you sent there in the first place.

I've read a lot about the topic of jail and I assure that,in most cases,this stereotype doesn't apply,luckily in most federal prisons in the US rape between inmates rarely occurs,the guards are supposed to intervene in case potentially dangerous scenarios verify,however,if we take a look at other prisons around the world,for example,in Africa,middle east or south America,the security is much more corrupted and negligent.

1. Squat.
Never tell another inmate what you in for this can lead to them getting jealous and them trying to ruin your chances of getting out on time so keep your business to yourself

ok but talking seriously, inmates are not monsters (except chomos tbh). if u actually care about this topic there’s a lot of youtubers who talk about prison and advocate for prison reform. one of the most well known ones is jess kent who is really lovely and also talks about mental health & addiction a lot so i recommend watching her videos too
She did 3 years. Talk to the ones who did 30 and 40. They have the know how.
@@jamierupert7563 im pretty sure the did more, plus she was there multiple times under many different circumstances. regardless, i put her as an example cause she’s one of the most well known ones, it’s not that easy finding people who wanna share those kind of personal stories on the internet, and interviews are just not very reliable and “heart-to-heart” sources. i have yet to find a prision youtuber who has done that much time.
@@azul4904 I'll give you a bunch of names of people who did way more than her. Check out Harvey Talks Prison. He did 29 yrs straight. He tells you all his personal stories. I also bought his book he wrote. I just got it today Then there's Gang-ish, Blood on the Razorwire, Jay Williams,Let's Live Life, Australian Prison Stories, Life in Prison WV, Frank's Positive Vibes Off The Yard, Vegas Prison Stories and there's more. This will give you a good start. I think the LEAST amount of time these guys did was 5 years. All the others have 10 or more years and they ALL have positive messages and they tell you just like it is. They tell their personal stories, good and bad. Check them out and lmk how you like them.

Black dolphin is actually a very safe prison because it's controlled extremely tightly. Your freedom inside there is reduced to nothing, which means that the possibility to be attacked by other inmates is minimal, which doesn't make it any better for you because your life there isn't a life anymore as everything is regulated and enforced there and you're not allowed to fart more than allowed. Which is probably for a good reason and we'll deserved.
