The maneuvering under power VR course is perfectly laid out in a logical progression for anyone to start at the start and become an expert. Takes about 3-4 hours in VR minimum but it is so much fun that people will likely spend 20-30 hours.
Especially with all the different wind directions and marina configurations. I hope that answers your question/comment.
