Yes it did by 0.6 in 3 months. I'm no longer pre-diabetic. We like the air fyer. For curry leaf, I wash and dry on the counter.Then freeze it in an air tight ziploc. It stays fine.
I think I have mentioned that in the video. Anyways, we only buy frozen Karimeen , Veloori and Mullan because we don't get those here. The only brand we tried is Seafood delight!! Fishes are already cleaned but if you want yo remove the skin (for Karimeen) do it while it is still frozen. There is nothing you need to do to defreeze other then keeping them in the water for a few minutes.
What I believe about diet is it should be satisfying, nutritious and need to be long term. I feel funny about people eating cauliflower rice and stuff like that. Carb or rice is not a bad thing in my opinion as I have controlled weight and blood sugar leve by having rice and sambar 6 days a week for lunch and rice with fish curry on Sunday lunch and chapati and chicken for dinner. Only thing is portion size of 1 cup rice and 1 cup sambar with proteins like chicken, fish, beans, peas etc. Regarding intermittent fasting, 16 hour one worked great for me. Breakfast at 10 am, lunch at 1 pm and dinner around 5-6 pm.
