I returned back my Green Soul Cosmos Pro purchased at around ₹13k due to seat slider not working issue and replacement didn’t happen even after complaining it at the 1st day of delivery. I returned the chair and got initiated my refund after 20 days. Ordered Sleep company Stylux chair though in terms of features green soul provide it better. Once the new chair gets delivered I will post my experience and review.

@@VGYAN4K all the features are nice. But the main 2 things that I think is important is the mesh quality and if it's rough to the clothes or skin and 2nd is can you lean back for long hours without feeling or hearing any creaking sound and it don't break the hydrolics

Here’s my review as of 23 Oct 2024.
I will refer The Sleep Company as TSC and Green Soul as GS.
Chair used : GS Cosmos Pro and TSC Stylux (₹12-₹13k) range
1) Both were delivered within the estimated time.
2) TSC packaging was well managed and optimised. Box quality was top notch.
3) TSC provided same day free installation whereas GS we need to do it ourselves.
4) TSC provided super professional, crisp video link and a handbook to manually install the chair as well as how to use it.. whereas GS just gave a normal print out of installation process.
5) Look-wise both TSC’s Stylux and GS Cosmos Pro stands out.
6) Features wise GS Cosmos Pro is better than Stylux as you get seat slider, 4D armrest etc
7) Cosmos Pro have better Armrest width which makes comfortable to rest your arms.
8) Neck and Lumbar support is super comfortable in TSC’s Stylux.
9) Both have good gas lift.
10) Both have helpful customer support but TSC feels much professional.
Overall : I found TSC as very professional and customer friendly, whereas if you wanna return GS chair you need to manually pack it which is not at all a comfortable process. Features wise GS stands out. Both are really comfortable and have same warranty of 3 years.
Now is up to you which office chair you want to purchase.
Note : I will put my extensive usage review after 3 months of usage. I hope this helps!

@@XpD78 Since I got delivery 2 days back only so didn’t get a chance to test for 8-10 hours, I am gonna sit today for this time range and can share. Height is 5 ft 8 in , weight 75kgs, Lumbar support is a marketing gimmick don’t fall for it. Just the back support should be stiff and for back pain my friends use orthopaedic cushions which helps a lot. But as far as Sleep company markets it.. you can feel better with it. Let me try it and update to you

Like does it still tilt back a little if we lean and rest our back on it when it is locked at 90 degrees? Or does it stay firmly in place.
I have found the backrest in ergonomic chairs with tilt function to be very weak and it still tilts back a little if we lean back when it is locked at 90 degrees.
Also do let me know which orthopedic pillows your friends use.
@@XpD78 it does tilt slightly if locked at the 90 degrees. Yesterday I tried it for 8 hours (with breaks in between) and felt the seat is cooler than Green soul cosmos pro. My friend uses FOVERA Orthopaedic Coccyx cushion purchased via Amazon which helped her in reducing the lower back pain. The stability of chair is good but it will move here and there if you apply little force as wheels are quite smooth but I think that’s the case with all office chairs.

For you I highly suggest check for offline market first , because every chair is different and with your medical condition I will recommend you to experience it yourself which gives you a better idea, if you are unable to find any good chair then plz let me know I will surely help you.
I had the same good chair helps but 5 mins of neck rotation, neck stretch right left, up down, and little back stretch (search merudanda yoga by baba ramdev), really really helps for long term.
