Drink over a gallon of water a day, use gentle cleansers and dont wash face too much, reduce sugar intake, and rinse your face with ice cold water after washing it everyday. Problem solved.

The important thing is being in a calorie deficit. If you just count your calories and stay in a deficit, you can eat basically whatever you want, with any meal timing you want. Greg's programs have more guidance on the details. He recommends fasting too, but really it's optional.

Most of the time accutane and isotretinoin are the key, if you usually have normal acne might also be on your diet, but if you really suffer and you might have scars, fasting won't help

Water skin is made of water so drink a lot of water on a empty stomach.
