  • Ron James has been a tenant at Cleveland's Residences at Shaker Square apartment complex for two years but is now moving out due to what he called chronic quality of life issues.

    This is a dang shame. I used to live in that building it was nice back then. Still have friends there breaks my heart

    How are you still allowing people to live here? This complex has the nerve to have a leasing sign in front of it. This is deplorable.

    There's more to it, they're wanting to control all rental property and cost or rent.
