GMA is solid. It’s all about good inspection and a fine case. Their rep will go up in time just like how PSA got theirs because they have good people working there. Good work makes the company. Thing is most people like to be bias with a company like PSA because they have history with them.
I see way too many $5-$10 cards on ebay trying to sell for $30-$40 just because its a BGS or PSA. Thats stupid. They're basically trying to sell you the case and the flip/slab, instead of the card.
my friend onle sale gma and bccg graded cards. if you have a 5 dollar card why pay 15 dollars for grading. are you selling it for over 20 to make a earning.
I had the same thing happen on a Kirk Cousins Auto that I sent into Beckett. I love GMA. I am making a run soon. They do not just slap tens on everything. Have few that got 8s and 9s.
It's not about the ones they catch, it's about the ones they miss that hurts their cred. More often than not, they miss. I'm looking at a Russell Westbrook Topps Chrome Rookie graded 10 that is clearly off center. Not just a little. It's an 8 on centering. BGS 8.5, PSA 9 tops.
Thanks for the video Budd I collect Pokémon cards and have quite a few cheaper cards that I think is just ridiculous to get graded by psa because they wouldn't be worth more than the grading itself cost
Yup, something like that would affect the low grade or the grading, are these companies experts at identifying a real card and reprint card? So many cards reprinted nowadays from the 80’s and 90’s. When you buy a rookie card from that era, how do you really know you are getting a true rookie or original print card or a reprinted card.
I would like to use gma how would i go about it can u fill me in on tha. Wanted a car that would like to have graded by them the one you see in my photo.
I can’t wrap my head around that they finish grading in only 7 days even on huge bulk submissions. Unless it’s their only submission there’s no way they can finish like 200 cards in a week and call it accurate. At least longer wait times at PSA/Beckett means they actually examine the cards. Just my opinion
They are going to get more popular now that PSA has cut their minimum submission from 10 to 50 now with a 65 day BUSINESS DAY turn around, thats about 3-3.5 months waiting on your cards no thanks going to be using GMA for sure
@@rancidclown07 yes but you have to pay to ship it there, pay for insured shipping back, and pay a higher price for the grade. Makes more sense to send in multiple at a time cutting down the cost. I do 100+ cards at a time for the best price.
@@arcadejackpotpro I am lucky enough to live in the same city or close to Beckett. My LCS does a weekly drop off / Pick up. I can see your point living out of state though. I have yet to use PSA but I do know they take single card subs.
@@rancidclown07 yea it's just not practice for most people, unless your card is super valuable. I haven't used beckett yet but plan to in the future for certain cards.
GMA is way better the PSA or Beckett! At least GMA doesn't run Auctions like PSA and Beckett. Plus GMA is American owned company! Not like PSA and Beckett. GMA has over 40,000.00 cards listed on ebay! I also make videos on RUclips and explain what is going on in the card industry! Great video my friend. Have a Happy New Year my friend.
@@bignut1769I am sorry to tell you Ebay has killed the industry! I am buying Beckett and PSA cards off ebay for dirt cheap prices! Cards i dont want to keep forever: under $100 raw on ebay, over $100- PSA Cards i DO want to keep forever: GMA who cares about the selling value? as long as you are in this hobby you will only lose money.
The one thing about him doing it in his house (I do not know) is that is probably a big reason he has kept his prices so low. $2 a card when this video was made and still only 3.50 per now

Correct. I buy the card not the grading company.

"Basically, it's too good to be true so people don't like it"
Truer words have never been spoken... GMA is awesome.

I just shipped a marcus M same year to Gma. I hope i didnt miss anything
It should be fine
good info brother! for 2.50 you cant beat that, i use all grading companys i will have to look into gma.

Just my personal opinion, but I would put GMA 3rd, behind only Beckett (1st) and PSA (2nd)..

GMA is going to be like Amazon. Amazon started off just selling books and now look at them. GMA will be pass up PSA.
@@insidetheredzone the problem is that GMA doesn't want that kind of business! That is just my own observation!
