Cheesecake with jam.
RECIPE for cheesecake with jam.
250 ml warm milk.
1 egg white.
40g sugar.
5 g dry yeast.
Mix everything well.
Sift 480 g flour.
1 teaspoon salt.
Knead the dough with a spatula.
Add flour in parts.
Add 60g softened butter.
Knead the dough with your hands.
Place the dough on the table.
Knead the dough with your hands.
Form the dough into a ball.
Grease a bowl with vegetable oil.
Place the dough in a bowl.
Cover the dough with cling film.
Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours.

Divide the dough into 9 parts.
Form each piece of dough into a ball.
Cover the dough balls with cling film.
Leave the dough on the work surface for 15 minutes.
Roll out the dough ball with a rolling pin.

Make 3cm slits in the dough.
Seal the edges of the dough.
Repeat after me.
Press the dough down with your finger.
Form a bun.
It's very easy.
Do the same with the remaining dough.
Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Cover the buns with cling film.
Leave the rolls in a warm place for 30 minutes.
Mix 1 egg yolk and 1 tablespoon milk.
Brush the rolls with a mixture of egg yolk and 1 tablespoon milk.
Place 1 teaspoon of strawberry jam on the bun.
Use your favorite topping.
Bake the rolls in an oven preheated to 180°C for 20-25 minutes.
The buns are ready!
