- The whole family's favorite recipe! Sweet dough buns with jam.
Flowers with jam.
RECIPE Flowers with jam.
100 ml warm milk.
7 g dry yeast.
80g sugar.
Mix everything well.
1/2 teaspoon salt.
150 ml kefir or yogurt.
100 ml vegetable oil.
Mix everything together.
Sift 520 g flour.
Knead the dough with a spatula.
Add flour in parts.
Place the dough on the table.
Knead the dough with your hands.
Form the dough into a ball.
Grease a bowl with vegetable oil.
Place the dough in a bowl.
Cover the dough with cling film.
Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
The dough turned out well.
Place the dough on the table.
Press the dough down with your hands.
Roll the dough into a roll.
Divide the dough into 8 parts.
Form each piece of dough into a ball.
Cover the dough balls with cling film.
Leave the dough on the work surface for 10 minutes.
Roll out the dough ball with a rolling pin.
Place 1 teaspoon of filling on the dough.
I use strawberry jam.
Fold the dough.
Press the edge of the dough with your hands.
Trim the edges of the dough.
Form the dough into a ball.
Make 7 incisions in the dough.
Roll the dough into a roll.
Press the dough down with a wooden stick.
Fold the dough like I did.
Form a bun.
Do the same with the remaining dough.
It's very easy.
Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Cover the buns with cling film.
Leave the buns in a warm place for 15 minutes.
Mix egg yolks with 1 tablespoon of milk.
Brush the rolls with a mixture of egg yolk and 1 tablespoon milk.
Bake the rolls in an oven preheated to 180°C for 20-25 minutes.
The buns are ready!

Those are beautiful. I remember my mom yelling at me running through the house and opening the outside doors. Michael she would yell , you are going to make my rolls fall. I love this baker. I’m 73 and it takes me back 65 years. I try some of these and my children and grand children love them. Some results are not so pretty but tasty. Thank you so much!
