planet zoo? super chill voice that doesnt yap a lot? something i can put on the background without needing to find a new video every 20 minutes? this is like the most !perfect video ever
This is the same length as the background noise vids I use to sleep. This is perfect, it’s the ideal length for a nights sleep. I can wake up to him still building a zoo 😂 end the day with his voice start the day with his voice.
I've never seen your channel pop up in my recommended before now, but I saw this video and decided to click it and I'm so glad I did. I'm only a little under half way through this video so far, but I'm really appreciating your approach to showcasing Planet Zoo. So many other Planet Zoo people I have followed just speed through their timelapses so quick that I can't even hope to try and figure out what they are doing to make their creations. You have an amazing balance between live building and timelapses, and even better your designs are not so wild and crazy that an average player couldn't attempt to replicate it if they wanted to. You also do a really excellent job genuinely explaining what you are doing and what your goals are and have given so many tips that I didn't know about (I had no clue about the random rotation option before this video!) I also really really love that you also still love and care deeply about the management aspects of the game to the point where you're doing this on franchise mode in a pretty realistic way (not constantly just letting the game run to generate money). I also sincerely appreciate that you did this supercut so I didn't have to bounce between playlist videos - I'm sure this took FOREVER to render but it's so massively appreciated. You've gained a new subscriber out of me, I am enjoying this immensely. Thank you!
It's beautifully ironic this series ends today. I've been wanting to catch up with it but I never have time. And today I'm finally achieving my childhood dream of visiting the San Diego Zoo. I've been thinking about this all year. I was thinking "I'm going to then get caught up with the ethical zoo series, and learn building techniques, so I can recreate the San Diego zoo. And I'll also compare everything." So yeah, I'm very excited!
As a native San Diegan (I think thats what we're called??), I hope you had a ton of fun! You should also visit the Balboa Gardens some time! They have a seasonal thing going where they have lights and whimsical decor around, and while I haven't seen it yet, the photos look beautiful!
I love how conscious you are of accessibility, it’s something that I totally don’t think about that often as an able bodied person and I think it’s so cool how you show that it really is so easy to be accomodating.
I've not played this game or seen your content before, and yet, I spent my weekend watching this 13-hour supercut and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. Subscribed :)
Loving this! Almost 10 hours in, and I just realized how great this series could be for kids. Educational, pleasant AND fun! I'm gonna suggest this to my sister to show my niece and nephew
As someone who graduates from zoo school (yes it’s a real thing that I can tell you more about if you want) literally today, this feels like the perfect time for this to end up in my recommended feed. I’m going to miss the Teaching Zoo, but I’m looking forward to the future and what it will bring me.
Man, I love your style of content. Putting the whole series in one video like this without an insane quantity of ads is something I really appreciate! I normally have long content on a secondary screen, but this has my full attention and I watch bits and pieces whenever I feel like properly relaxing and appreciating your building, design, and easy to listen to voice! I also love the animal facts interspersed, education is important and I’m glad to see you’re making an effort to help! All the best mate, keep it up!
5:19:08 was the funniest thing to me and I just can’t figure out why, it’s the way you said “nah nah nah, I’ll just go in” like it was too big of a deal to move the dangerous spiky pawed cats
Thank you for this, i lost my cat 4 years ago today, and I’ve been finding it hard, but this video came up on my recommended this morning, and it’s such a cozy and wholesome video. You seem like a really lovely person who’s genuinely passionate about what they do. Subscribed 😊
I just bought this game, and I’ve been playing it. I laid out the beginnings of my zoo and then realized that I had not thought my layout through at all. So I jumped on RUclips to try and get some ideas. I’ve decided that my first zoo will be a mess because I’m not going back through and re-laying down my pathing, however It’s going to be a Conservation Credits farm type deal. I’m going to breed up the best animals I can while slowly building conservation credits and researching as many species and themes as I can. It’s my understanding that research transfers between Franchise Zoos as well as conservation credits, and animals in your trade center travel with you, so if I use this chaotically laid out zoo as a Gold level/mutation breeding center, research opportunity and a Conservation Farm then I will be much better off when I start my next zoo. I’m also going to practice my building skills in this starter zoo, so hopefully I’ll be able to make my next zoo much nicer. I plan on having at least 1 Franchise Zoo each continent with a focus on the animals from said continent and then a grab bag one for my favorite animals and a sandbox zoo with as many species as I can get in it without it crashing, but I’m going to need a ton of practice because I plan on the sandbox zoo being ideally laid out well and very well built which considering I’ve owned the game for all of 2 days so far and am still struggling with controls is still a long ways off.
hope you know this is an amazing video and caused me to gain a hyperfixation on planet zoo. love how you edit your vids and how you speak, it's so chill it just makes me feel like I'm watching a friend play a game. I also love how casual your accessibility and representation is. I hate it when people frame doing representation-related work being more than basic human decency. ❤❤
Just discovered this channel. Amazing buildings skills and then this dude just pulls out an entire presentation about Capybaras mid building! So much effort put into such a long video is amazing!
first time stumbling across your channel is this 13 hour long masterpiece!! i had never watched anyone play planet zoo before but this is so enjoyable!! i love how you give little fun facts about all the animals :) i'm kinda sad i'm too late to give some brazilian portuguese name suggestions for the animals of my region hahah
Same and I’ve watched other people play it but his method of playing has made me want to play for myself. It’s always seemed too intimidating but seeing it broken down I feel like I won’t get as overwhelmed.
Oh wow I just now realized I did not watch the full series when it came out, RUclips stopped recommending them to me despite my subscriptions... So glad I got this vid, will watch it later.

@@hudsonlewer7486it’s also one of the top zoos in the world. $81 for an adult at a top institution doesn’t seem too bad, especially considering how ethical it is!
A suggestion for future ethical zoos: Google image search what the natural habitats for the animals should look like. The platypus habitat doesn’t look anything like their natural environment - they typically love freshwater rivers and creeks, lush rainforests, native vegetation, pebbles, twigs etc. not palm trees. I understand it’s pretty hard in Planet Zoo to be super authentic but it could be a fun challenge!
I’ve single handily have given you over 100 watch hours. Enjoy your ad revenue! Definitely the best planet zoo RUclipsr. I know it’s a difficult request, but could you try an albino or rare morph only zoo? Really interested in that. Thank you!
I clicked on this video randomly and was thoroughly enjoying it. Then I had the lovely supprise of the gender neutral bathroom mention! I'm so used to enjoying things and then being caught off guard by _unpleasent_ comments towards our community, it warmed my heart and made me smile to have the opposite. Thank you 🥹❤️ Also, this is a great video! Absolutely adored all the animal facts :D Edit: Considerate of disabilities too??!?! This just keeps getting better, I feel so seen! 10/10 video, good vibes all the way through 🥰
Love how every time your keepers would get hopelessly behind and could no longer be ignored you would (very reluctantly) hire just one more, often while narrating about how ethical you were being by sometimes meeting the animals’ basic needs. But it helped your profits, so worth it in the end.
I'm watching/listening to this just for background noise and I love it, your voice is perfect too. I can take a break and watch the builds or listen while I'm doing something. My favorite parts are the fun facts and the builds, I have this game and I got bored easily because I wasn't actually building, just using the regular blueprints and base game builds, this has shown me that I can do so much more in this game than I thought. Keep making these!!
Can't believe I've never seen your channel before! I genuinely don't think a video has ever captured my attention quite as much as this one; ended up watching the whole thing through over two days and it didn't feel like 13 hours at all. I love how you edit and the way you play the game is very relaxing to watch!
love the chill tone of the video, no fast talking or anything crazy like that, very engaging to watch and just perfect to put on in the background too while doing something else, im only one hour into the vid and know i will for sure finish it and then get started on the cosy winter zoo series
Okay I audibly laughed out loud when you made the comments about the staff in the staff room LOL also this is the fourth time I've watched one of your videos in its entirety which I've never done on RUclips before so thank you for the funny and informative content!
this is my version of watching TV at night after work. about 7 hours in and absolutely loving it. the perfect amount of timelapse, speaking and animal facts to keep you engaged. such a talent. can’t wait to watch all the other supercuts after i finish this one! for sure subscribing ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Been struggling to sleep for the past while because of a cold, watched this for like 30 minutes and fell right asleep. Thank goodness my phone times out after 20 minutes of not touching it, even with videos, lol. Thank you for this one!
oh man its been a while since ive checked in with this series! i was all caught up a while back, several months ago, and havent seen anything about it in forever! ready to binge watch this entire video!!
Hello friend, I started watching your videos regularly after watching your manor lords series, You know your voice is so calming and sounds authentic. I saw a different level of excitement in your voice. Thank you for such beautiful videos. Just now I found this video I will also watch this over a couple of weeks. Really interesting videos! Btw can you post manor lords second series videos (that you started 4 days ago) on more regular basis. I am also playing the manor lords and planning to play alongside your series. Hopefully you will read this! Have a good day!
i just found your channel through this video, i havent finished it im about over an hour through and i freaking LOVE the whole idea behind this! 10/10 so far, cant wait to keep playing this in the background while I draw 🫶💖
This is an absolute slam dunk of a video. I’m loving it so far! Got around 4 hours in, and I love the plant roofs and attention to detail! This is such a cool game.
this is the first video of your’s i’ve found and i really dig your content so far. i finally just got through this whole video after falling asleep to it and watching it at work like 3 days in a row lol
He really is 😂 It almost felt wrong at first to see him playing it. I was like that’s not how it’s played but in reality, this is how it’s intended to be played. I’ve realized I might enjoy this game myself after seeing how normal people play it.
I bought this game years ago and never figured out the controls/mechanisms. Now I finally feel like I have a chance! Would love to build an animal-centric zoo like this :)
Been watching this series day one, wild seeing it over but you’ve created such a wonderful zoo. I can’t wait to play Planet Zoo eventually and see them in game. Although I play on a potato so one day. I’m currently watching your new series now. Also just adding this here bc I will forever find it funny that the last thing you’ll ever add is the guest bathrooms, the second last thing being donation bins. Never change Pawsbuild, never change lol. Anyways thank you for uploading this without crazy amount of ads.
I’m an individual with autism and adhd so of course I have a short attention span, but this video I watched without even thinking of clicking off! Thank you so much for the effort you put into this! I subscribed immediately ❤
i love this kind of video, it's really long so i can watch it at my own rhythm and zone out while listening 😴 I also love your voice and choices of musics ! It's pleasant to listen and also the amount of details you keep in the video is amazing ✨️ I watched few of your others videos before, but this one really got me in ! 😊
This is so helpful. I've been trying to get into Planet Zoo but all of the tutorials are still too complicated. Seeing you build up a zoo from start to finish and how you plan out when the zoo is still small is so useful.
Thank you so much for this video I’ve learned a lot about the game and what to do now to make my zoo 100x better this is an amazing video in my opinion because after coming back from a long break this was helpful :)
16:30 i worked at a protection and wild rescue facility here in Brazil and our capybara’s habitat had this exact fencing 😭 they cohabited with an orphan baby deer and two rescue tortoises
Thank you for making this. It was enjoyable and relaxing. Additionally, i accidentally fell asleep while listening and it was the first time in a while I slept the whole night.
Wow! This is completely different from "let's game it out" s play through. No piles of dead bodies, no giraffes no-clipping into each other, making a giraffe hydra, no torturing every living thing in sight. It's a beautiful paradise for all!
thank you for the video, just started playing planet zoo and got all confused (i was a simmers) learned so much by watching your video. i was overwhelmed with details in the game and this answered all of my questions.
Today is the second day of Christmas 2024, and I'm leisurely watching the whole video, with delicious food and drinks. Thanks for the upload. Greetings from Germany 🙋🇩🇪♥️
I’ve never thought of like designing all my buildings, and after watching this I really want too 😂 I was always so lazy and used the very small amount of shells they have!
15:03 A curiosity is that Maned Wolves are actually really chill! They don't normally hunt and they are pretty friendly with humans, if anything they would be more scared than actually agressive!
Hello there, this video was recommended to me and I am so happy about it! Thank you for such an entertaining and also informative video. Definitely earned a sub :)
"This is an ethical zoo" (makes the meerkat exhibit significantly larger than the hyena exhibits) In all seriousness this is an awesome video! I'm very proud to say I'm 11/13 hours in :]
I bought the premium edition of the game plus the conservation pack because of this video! Can't wait to build my own ethical zoo!! Thank you for sharing the journey!!
He’s too powerful. Never let this man near The Sims, especially with mods
vanilla sims would def drive him insane with how finicky and awkward the build/buy mode can be (god knows it drives me insane, and I'm not used to building in games like planet zoo with complete object control), but yeah give him access to tool mod and he'll become either a monster or a god, probably both
I would do just about anything to see him play the sims 4
I agree 100%. Is this our petition to convince PawsBuild to try Sims 4 for the first time? ❤

@@hudsonlewer7486it’s also one of the top zoos in the world. $81 for an adult at a top institution doesn’t seem too bad, especially considering how ethical it is!
Steve Irwin's zoo in Australia will set you back over 100
STL zoo is free entry
Problably worth it but damn that is alot of money😅@@snmnmidld6203
Been crocheting to this video for the last couple days lol and just wanted to say thank you! Love the video
What project are you working on rn ? I've been making a sailor moon messenger bag ❤️
@ I’ve been working Christmas gifts, lots of scarves and hats haha
Thank you!
I just realized 5 minutes in how long this video is and it makes me even more excited
The amount of patience u have😭 I could never. Props
Thank you 🥹❤️
Also, this is a great video! Absolutely adored all the animal facts :D
Edit: Considerate of disabilities too??!?!
Oh no he was mean to the 1s and 0s
Lmao why'd you get offended over something this small bro
i was really feeling the editing music on this one... really emotionally connected lol
Ones of my favorite things about this series are the fun facts. So educational and I have come to greater appreciate many species of animals.
Please keep this series or any planet zoo content going,ur soo gud at making these types of videos
I needed this video, I love this series but I havent been able to be caught up
I fell asleep an hour in and woke up with the video still playing (lol), your voice is very relaxing!
This is the best type of video, i dont have to stress about when will the next episode come out and forget it accidentally. Great work man!
The fact i can watch you for so long and not need to pause the constant noise says so much, love this fr
Helping to bump this up a bit, I hope they do aswell❤
"Just one more video before bed mom" xD Definitely watching this through the end. Enjoying what I've seen so far!
i just found your channel through this video, i havent finished it im about over an hour through and i freaking LOVE the whole idea behind this! 10/10 so far, cant wait to keep playing this in the background while I draw 🫶💖
I don’t know who you are, but you’re funny, and you sound chill. And of course: you made a lovely zoo. You’ve earned yourself a sub!
Love from england, ive just been binge watching ur other ethical zoo series!
The best parts of these vidios is seeing the done areas and hearing facts about the animals! So happy i found this channel. ❤
you are like the polar opposite of lets game it out 😂
no joke i had the same thought bc i came to this vid straight from one of his 😭
Let’s respect Human Rights and the Geneva Convention it out
He really is 😂
It almost felt wrong at first to see him playing it. I was like that’s not how it’s played but in reality, this is how it’s intended to be played. I’ve realized I might enjoy this game myself after seeing how normal people play it.
This has been a staple of my wind down before bed videos for weeks now and im loving all the animal facts!
I bought this game years ago and never figured out the controls/mechanisms. Now I finally feel like I have a chance! Would love to build an animal-centric zoo like this :)
Where can you buy this? I want it so bad lol
19:42 I did NOT expect the fun facts segment, but VERY happy to hear them omg
I subscribed immediately ❤
this video single handedly convinced me to purchase planet zoo. I love animals and had no idea this game existed, so thank you :)
i love this kind of video, it's really long so i can watch it at my own rhythm and zone out while listening 😴 I also love your voice and choices of musics !
Ight bet I can watch this before school
I finally finished watching this video!
Thanks for keeping me compagnie in the background and sharing very interesting facts!
thank you for the video, just started playing planet zoo and got all confused (i was a simmers) learned so much by watching your video. i was overwhelmed with details in the game and this answered all of my questions.
love how he keeps saying the guest needs toilets and then he just doesn't give them some :D
Today is the second day of Christmas 2024, and I'm leisurely watching the whole video, with delicious food and drinks. Thanks for the upload. Greetings from Germany 🙋🇩🇪♥️
took me nearly a week to finish this, but i loved it! this will definitely be the next game i try my hand at.
Wtching this over the course of two days while con crunching was the best idea I've ever had.
I’ve never thought of like designing all my buildings, and after watching this I really want too 😂 I was always so lazy and used the very small amount of shells they have!
THE Antithesis of Let's Game It Out
bro explains more about the environment in one video than most politicians do in their whole life.
With all of the stuff I've seen from this game, I really thought the title was sarcastic. Actually really glad its wholesome content.
Definitely earned a sub :)
you don’t understand how much i LOVE this video
"This is an ethical zoo" (makes the meerkat exhibit significantly larger than the hyena exhibits)
In all seriousness this is an awesome video! I'm very proud to say I'm 11/13 hours in :]
How was the end :)
@sogigi Finished yesterday and currently starting the second part! Very wholesome
@@xxivletxx sweet! I’m 4 hours in
The only thing keeping me calm during this migraine🩵🤎
It's my sleepover, so I get to pick the movie!
In the nicest possible way, this is the best sleep aid. My anxious brain thanks you for your service
I bought the premium edition of the game plus the conservation pack because of this video! Can't wait to build my own ethical zoo!! Thank you for sharing the journey!!
Subscribed as soon as I heard you say you’re building a zoo focused on your animals needs
