Moon in Cancer 10th house. My career has got to feel fulfilling to me. It is so important.
Mum was not the warm cuddly mother that children might need. She was rather strict, but she cared for us, we had clean clothes, food on the table and so on. I know she loved me, but sometimes or often it felt conditioned.

Every childhood experience is just held onto mom's responsibility but in my case my extended family members used to boast about their child , deliberately ignoring me. I was an introvert and my mom was not so assertive about me in front of them. Then I constantly had to earn some concrete evidence to showcase my talents in academics and other curriculums by recieving certificates and prizes.
To heal this wound talk to mother about these issues! Much of your happiness is dependant on your achievements and status in the world and in your career, this is due to how you felt around how your mother only acknowledged you when being "successful" - many blessings to you ✨
my moon is in the 10th house ruled by leo...the need to be successful is real and my mom definitely expects perfection. It's very stressful. Especially when i got fired for the first time in my life a few years ago. It was bone crushing. I'm still trying to get through this.

Do you use whole signs/equal or placidus/default? I have a 10th house moon with placidus, but with whole signs it shifts to 11th house. Same with Venus in 9th shifting to 10th (and a few other planets like this), but I relate more to placidus.
I like Placidus because I resonate more! But with certain info I use Whole Sign so they are both correct! What sign is your moon in 10th?
@@jupiterjames_ I’m a Sag rising with a Libra moon in the early degrees! So it’s technically in 10th house, not too far off from Virgo MC. I have Virgo and a bit of Libra in that house with placidus.

My moon is in the sign of Leo, which is my eleventh house but for some reason my chart says that moon falls in the 10th… I have cancer there

Make sure to show him unconditional love as well. A lot of men with this placement don’t grow up with adequate proper displays of affection by means of just existing and being their mother’s child. Take a look at the comments here. They see their mother as cold a lot of the time. This deeply wounds, emotionally stunts them and makes them feel less than as a person if they aren’t living their entire life to please you with accomplishments. I only replied to this because it seems like from your end you find this is normal behavior. Sometimes children just need love. My mother was a the opposite. although she pushed success and sent me to good schools, she also loved the hell out of me unconditionally. Celebrated even my “non achievements” so I heard saw and felt love for just being born to her
