Ruan Mei is incredible support for many teams, also you don't need to skill again when start of the battle because basic atk is enough to get your ult first cycle.
She can save a lot of sp since she only consume stacks when it's her turn.

since her talent gives the whole team more speed except herself, ideally you would want her to be faster than your dps just calculate depending on your dps's speed for example lets say my jing liu has 136 speed just take 136+9.6%(percentage in talent) then you want ruan mei to be faster than that number for me,it would be 150+
