It's been one week since my install and I used some other brand, not as hard as Noir, but it came out magnificently beautiful! I have received so many compliments it's unreal! Yes, the hair is hard as hay when installed. Tip: turn the heat up on your flat iron...DO USE GARNIER CONDITIONER it is the only one that works for hard a$$ hair. It takes about three days but it softens up and looks really good. Curl it with some hot rollers I got mine from Walmart conair heat wave...this method is truth, it reminds me of my hair when I was a little girl...do the work, leave it in longer, it's worth it. Thanks young lady.

I'm not quite finished yet but thus far I've followed your instructions to a "tee" & I'm very pleased about the results up yo this point. Hi guys, thank you all for the love and support on this vid. I just wanted to answer a few questions you guys have. I used 3.5 packs of hair. I wear this hair for 6-8 weeks and just refresh my middle part every 2-3 weeks which takes less than 15 mins. When it is straight I treat it like my normal hair, I wash it whenever I feel like I go swimming I play with it. It is SOOOO VERSATILE you guys . when I am ready to take it out It only takes me about 40 mins to take down the whole thing. It is literally the EASIEST INSTALL to work with and maintain that I HAVE EVER HAD x Oh and I get no tangles or knots in the hair at all, at around 4:26 in the video you notice the hair has gone silky straight ?..well it stays like that no knots and that's because of CONDITIONER. in all my videos on youtube I'm wearing this marley crochet hair UPDATE:I've had this hair in for 3 weeks now, and I haven't refreshed the braid (still looks good check my insta for photos @ravennavera) Next week (4 weeks) I will make a video to show you guys how I wash, maintain and restyle this hair xx
+Simone Jackson Thanks so much doll, no I get no tangles. I put my hair in a ponytail at night and put on my bonnet, when I wake up in the morning I just brush it out. If I have somewhere to go I add curls with my hair straightener on low heat (250F). If I have it kiny curly with rod curls I pineapple it at night, those curls last about 2-3 weeks before I feel like they need to be re-curled. I just treat it like relaxed/straightened natural hair. Sometime I even wrap it at night when I want it bone straight with minimal effort in the morning :P . Hope this helps x

I made an appointment to get this done on Wed, took my hair down the previous day and went to work with a hat on with the anticipation of getting my crochets that afternoon. Of course the stylist sent me a text that the hair had not come in yet, i asked if i could come the next day and no response. I decided to just order the ding dang hair myself and do this process myself. i'm sure it will take all day but i am putting an end to terrible service. no more being desperate for someone to do my hair, I WILL DO IT MYSELF!!!!

I love this tutorial. My friend gets too frustrated with her type of textured hair and damages it all the time with flat irons and normal brushes. But I love braiding so I'm trying to help her out with protective styles because she can't braid at all lol. But this helped us out a lot so thank you.
