I just love, love, loveeee listening to you and Joey talk. You make all these videos so enjoyable. They're visually beautiful and your voices are so soothing and relaxing. The perfect compliment to the great visuals and, most importantly, great advice!
Thank you so much -- you made my day (and Joey's too, I'm sure!).
DFBGuide Hi Aj! Do you mind sharing your experience at Planet Hollywood? Im having a hard time choosing where I want to have dinner for my birthday. We are ordering a cake from Amorettes and they only deliver to Disney Springs restaurants or your resort. Planet Hollywood is the only restaurant in our budget that seems appropriate to have a birthday dinner, all others like Raglan Road and Boathouse are very pricey, so I'm worried if it really is 100% not worth it to do it at Planet Hollywood. I would really appreciate your thoughts!! Tysm!
@Loretta C and Adam! AJ’s been in a lot of the videos lately, but I still love her!
DFBGuide AJ, we love you and Joey, but is he still working for you? If he is, tell him we miss him please.
Especially when she laughs. It's like having a share screen video food chat with a friend
Thank you for being honest about what you don't like. It really helps us avoid disappointment
Wolfgang Puck Express on the Marketplace side! Favorite counter service. Best dining plan value and they can do orders to-go which is great if you're staying at a Disney Springs resort (like Port Orleans) and want to bring something back for later. Their spaghetti and meatballs are my fav! Pizzas are amazing, too.
Cindy Fine we are staying at port orleans in december and am picking up a lot of good tips..takr the free gerry to disney springs, get some takeout, take the ferry back to hotel. sounds like a dream. although i like the ideamof finding a waterside table to eat and take a rest.
Thanks DFBGuide and AJ for this amazing series. Your enthousiasm makes these videos even better. Looking forward to part 3 of Disney Springs and Epcot!
You guys need to do a "Eat This" at the different RESORTS!!! That would be amazing! Please and thank you ;)
OH, yes!! It's on the way!! Tell me your favorites!
One of my favorite resorts is Coronado Springs. I thought that they had the best resort food. Specifically, one of my favorite dishes was at the Maya Grill. The FREE bread basket that they give you as a starter. I was already full from that before my food got to the table. I also remember the nachos at the Pepper Market being very delicious.
I also love the Tonga Toast at Kona Café at the Polynesian Resort. It's a family tradition to go there for breakfast on every trip. I also remember them having pretty descent flatbreads at Capt'n Cook's as well.
Also one more thing that you should take note of. The new cheeseburger pizza at Pizzafari in Animal Kingdom is amazing! I was blown away at how good it was.
Sorry last thing... I think you should do a video with the best PACKAGED SNACKS at the parks. There are so many fun things to buy and take home at Epcot. Example: Torronne in the Italy Pavilion (which is a Italian nugget candy) and I know they sell fun soda's in the Japan Pavilion. Stuff like that! It would be interesting to see what you can find.
Much Love! -S
I also think you guys should talk about the Afternoon Tea that they offer at the Grand Floridian. I've never done it, but the menu looks interesting and I would love to go there and try it out, and you guys should too!
bandgirl 14 it’s great
hopefully there is a part 3 ! 👌🏽
The Ganachery, Amorette's , D-Luxe Burger, Goofys Candy Co, Earl of Sandwich, Erin McKenna's Bakery NYC and so much I can indulge. Thank you for the get this videos. I can't wait for the hotel eateries.
"You guys know I love my sweets" MM! A girl after my own heart☺️
love listening to you describe the experience and suggestions.
EARL is our ABSOLUTE favorite !!! Love the veggie options! We love the caprese & veggie!
Splitsville! Its a must everytimw my family and i go. The pizza and pulled pork sandwiches are comforting and amazing
Lily Darlng same for me!!! Their food is incredible!!
My husband and I loved Frontera Cocina. It blew us away! The Queso fundido was mouth watering delicious. I was shocked. Didn’t expect to have wonderful service and we both ordered tacos and the serve was back before we knew it with new fresh warm tortillas.
I love salted caramel too! Keep up the great suggestions
WOLFGANG PUCK EXPRESS, the chicken alfredo is to die for!!!!!
The House of Blues is a must have! It was a couple years ago but I had a great barbecue chicken flatbread that was my favorite of all time. The barbecue it’s self is sweet but not to sweet and is just fantastic. I strongly agree with you on Plant Hollywood.
For a quick meal, I enjoy the Fish & Chips at Cookes of Dublin. My husband gets the Hog in a Box and that is very good too!
Yes! Love that place.
Great fish and chips
I am obsessed with the salted caramel gelato shake! I get it every time we are at Disney Springs. Yum!
Love the soup at Earl of Sandwich too. Love their tomato soup
I love her voice so much, Id eat just about anything she told me to😜
Love watching hope to come in July and try everything. Thanks y’all 😊👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Total agree with AJ on Planet Hollywood. Wish I'd seen this before going last December.
Thanks AJ. I live in Orlando and am learning so much about Disney food through your awesome videos. Looks like you had fun making these!
We need a part 3!! So many restaurants to cover, PADDLEFISH is the best!!!
Yes! Mines too especially the Lobster Corn Dog there 😋!
My husband & I went to Planet Hollywood & loved it! It's loud & chaotic, but it was fun! We ordered the cheese dip & the bread was DELICIOUS! I got the chicken mac & cheese, but got shrimp instead of chicken without a problem & it was the best mac & cheese I've ever had! My husband had the ringer burger & couldn't even finish it due to the size, but loved it. Our server was super friendly.
I go to Disney Springs almost weekly and haven't tried most of these places! Definitely need to start trying them, especially the bakeries and sweets stores! I love the Polite Pig for BBQ. Their mac and cheese and the brisket sandwich really hit the spot after a concert at HoB.
I think there is a lot of amazing Mexican food at Frontera Grill. The carnitas there are to die for!
I love Rick Bayless' Frontera Cocina. Amazing margaritas, great service, atmosphere and great views from out on the patio. The coctel verde is to die for with shrimp, scallops, tomatillo salsa and guacamole and is the best shrimp cocktail variety I've ever had!
You got to cover this great addition to the Springs!
Thanks! I've been there a couple of times and wasn't wowed, but I'll try again!
You and Joey have the perfect voices for these videos! Everything is so professionally done, I feel like I'm watching the Food Network - I'm not even planning on going to a Disney park anytime soon but your videos are just FUN to watch anyways :)
YOU are the BEST.
Not really
You're quite the azz kisser
AJ, I love what you guys share. I love your honesty ad enthusiasm, and the Planet Hollywood comments on this one made me laugh out loud! I like that you are honest without being mean . I have always loved taking pics of our Disney food even when the non foodies roll their eyes. So I love how evident it is that you enjoy your job. Your RUclips channel has become a part of my daily treadmill routine. Keep on posting! It keeps me walking to get ready for our next trip ;)
I have been loving your channel!!! I'm actually going to be interning at Disneyworld in 3 weeks time so these videos have been making me even more excited!!!
I love your videos! Your voice is so soothing and makes the videos so much more enjoyable! I'm definitely going to try all of these goodies when I visit in May!!
The mickey mousse cake at amorette's patisserie is AMAZING!!! idk the price my mom bought it for me and my sis as a surprise but its honestly sooo good!
The edits in the video were really great and funny 😃 Thank you so much for the videos.
Hi there folks!
Great videos! I'm so happy every time you post something new here! Seriously, one of the best YT WDW channels out there!
I've got a challenge for you, if you're up for it: how about "Top Walt Disney World buffets"? This topic is never really considered by Disney bloggers, but I'd love to see a clip with your suggestions, as all-you-can-eat buffets are a common choice on vacation trips, not only Disney ones :)
Anyway: keep up the great work and greetings all the way from Poland!
LOVE Erin McKenna's!!!! I have a gluten and dairy allergy and their goodies are amazing! I HIGHLY recommend the cinnamon sugar donut if you can ever get one. They are amazing!
Goofy's candy co is a great way to use up any snack credits you have left.
Yep Yep!
AJ...your voice is so wonderful.... soothing and pleasant to the ears to listen to.
Thank you :-D
Can't leave Disney World without getting the breakfast pizza at Wolfgang Puck Express. The. Best.
teresepete that's my moms favorite
Love Dluxe burgers! And the fries with dips. Also Cookes when I don’t want to sit down at Raglan. Our Earl of Sand closed so typically go at least twice to get the Holiday sand.
Great videos! Excellent for planning. Thanks!
Mmm! I loved this video. Thank you! I also appreciated the inclusion of a good allergy free place.
Thanks!
House of Blues cotija cheese and truffle french fries were the best thing we had on our whole vacation!
Very useful information for our up coming WDW trip in Sept, thank you!
As a movie buff, I made sure Planet Hollywood is where I ate last September.
I can’t say the food was bad. Though I mostly went for all the stuff used in movies.
It was fun for that reason.
Salted Caramel is the best combination ever created. Im a sucker for anything salted caramel, it's an addiction!
hi guys !!! I love your videos, I really enjoy hearing your voices... hope there is a part 3 (please) :)
If you go to the ganachery over summer I highly recommend the s’more. It’s amazing!
Earl of Sandwich mac and cheese is to die for 😋
Vivoli il Gelato is my go-to food spot in Disney Springs. It's tucked away a by so it's not too crowded and their gelato is amazing!
It's great!
Thank you about the hint on Planet Hollywood. Was thinking about eating there but, with a vegetarian in the mix you solved our issue. The bakery was a plus too so that added to our vegetarian and food allergy persons. Now... it's on to desserts that are over the top for those of us that can eat the yummies
The Beef Crepe from Aristocrepes is hands down one of the best things I've eaten at Disney World ever!! Such a must eat, please try it!
I love the tomato soup with buttery croutons @ earl of sandwich.
Ok - about a year ago at Paddlefish they had a chocolate pecan skillet tart topped with ice cream and maple candied bacon.
Best
Dessert
Ever.
But, now I don’t see it on their dessert menu anymore :(
Wolf gang pucks express. Love everything I had. We stayed at Sarasota spring so we were able to easily get to the market place. It was our go to when we didn't have reservations.
They do a great job there!
DFBGuide does Wolfgang puck still have sushi
Love Disney Springs!
This is an older video, but the two things I love at Disney Springs are both beverages. At Ghiradelli, I love the sipping chocolate, which is thick and rich and a whole dessert in itself.
And this one is silly-ish, but nowhere else in the US can I find melon Fanta, which I used to drink all the time when I lived in Japan, and it's in the Coca Cola place in Disney Springs. I actually make a special trip there when I go to Disney just to get the melon Fanta. (You can get a sample in Epcot, but they frown on you standing there downing samples until you're full of Fanta.)
A.J. I love your videos. I'm not a huge fan of Disney but I think you are turning me into one. I like how you love Disney but aren't afraid of telling it like it is! 🐁
My sister and I LOVED the ganachery we went towards the end of September and omg... everytime we went to Disney springs )which was like 4 times in a week lol) we got the cold hot chocolate and I got a 6 pack of the chocolates for our dessert each night. It’s fantastic. My sister is weird and isn’t even a big chocolate fan (lol) and she even loved it.
Great options so doing all of them
Can you guys do the a video on the 10 best gluten free eats, I am visiting next year and it would be helpful
My favorite which wasn't mentioned in either part is Bongo's! The food is amazing as is the service
For burgers, I'd say you may want it cooked medium. When I lived in Colorado they had to recall tons of meat (ground beef) because of an ecoli breakout. This was around Labor Day weekend when tons of people were grilling/cook outs. and there were several cases of people who had to see the doctor as a result.
thank you for telling me about the Samoa donut. those cookies are my favorite so I'm going to need like, 27191 of the donuts.
Thank you for including the vegan bakery. It is so underrated.
I’m glad I’m not the only one obsessed with salted caramel!
I would love to hear your thoughts on Enzo's Hideaway and Tunnel Bar
I feel like aj is my spirit animal
I love salted caramel and melty cheese😳
YES!! We must form a club.
T-Rex is one of the coolest places I have ever been
😱 I was waiting for you to mention Planet Hollywood as I have booked to go there 🙈🙊 oh no! I will get the grilled chases sandwich as it looks delicious but I will go with low expectations so hopefully I won't be disappointed. Just found your videos, they are so helpful, new subbie! X
Hey greetings from Edinburgh Scotland love ur vlogs makes my mouth water every time I watch can't wait to try that cheese sandwich from PHU need to try blaze pizza that place is unreal I was over in October and I got a little obsessed with the place!!! :0). Xx
I'd like to hear what you think about Wolfgang Puck Express Breakfast Pizza. I absolutely love it and go there and get it every time we visit the Walt Disney World Resort.
Oh one more thing. I like the fun international drink options at the Coca-Cola store!
Blaze pizza is my fav. Please do a 3rd vlog on the rest of the restaurants.
Love AJ! Ugh now I need to find something to eat, these videos make me starving!! :P
You're too sweet; thank you!
My favorite was actually from Starbucks. They had a drink called “Mad Hatters Tea Party” and it is really good. I actually went there one time just to get this. I tried to get other Starbucks to make it, but they can’t even though I took a picture of the recipe on the cup.
Great Videos! Would love to see a video on the Food Trucks!!
I went to D Luxe and got the fries because I wanted to try all of the sauces....I liked most of them.
I also like the Polite Pig because they have various sauces that pay homage to various bbq around the country with the bbq sauce bar. Also, the brussels sprouts are really good. Also liked the orange honey blossom cake.
Great comment! I need to visit Polite Pig a few more times to form my opinion, but it's promising!
TimTracker went to Planet Hollywood in his review about it, it was expensive from what I saw on the receipt in the video. The mason jar they put the milkshake in looks small and not enough ice cream. With the adding on the jars make it, hid the portions in it. I would go there, only for that grilled cheese since it looks heaven.
D-Luxe burger is the best. Thank you so much for the tip. I got the southern classic burger there and a Strawberry shortcake gelato shake and it is the best burger and best shake I have ever had. Also the CM told me that it is actually the only QSR that is owned by Disney in Disney Springs so I found that very interesting. I am a Disneyland CM and I was visiting Disney World so also a cool thing for CMs is they have a cast member meal you get any burger, fries, and a drink for only $15 which considering the burgers are like $12-$14 on their own this is a great deal!!! BRING THIS DO DISNEYLAND PLEASE!!
I know this is a super late response-- But the Marketplace Starbucks, aka the one in front of World Of Disney! I used to work at Disney Springs so the Marketplace Starbucks holds a special place in my heart and I'd almost call it a hidden jem of the Springs (because what's so magical about Starbucks, right?) The cast there is amazing, they're always super friendly and sometimes I've even seen them passing out samples, but the best thing about this Starbucks is their themed drinks. Whenever it's a marathon weekend, a movie premier, or a fun season, they always have a board of specialty drinks that you can order, such as Star Wars or Princess inspired frappuccinos, spooky sips for Halloween, or thier Mad Tea Party Tea! They're all super fun and unique drinks and you will never see them on the menu at another Starbucks location (not even at the other Disney locations!) Since these drinks are specialty and are built like a secret menu item, they can become a bit pricey with all the additional ingredients. This being said, I'm pretty sure this location accepts Star Rewards, so save up your stars and get a drink on your next visit to Disney Springs!
Can't wait for my trip to disney in december!!!
Stefie Sieling I would prefer universal studios but Disney is also🔥
I have never eaten at Earl of Sandwich..though, the plural would likely be Earls of Sandwich, since you are referencing a title. Sort of like Kings of England, Dukes of Cornwallis, Archbishops of Canterbury, etc.
Have y'all tried the Polite Pig yet? I was blown away how good it was! Also - sauces galore!
Another favorite is the "ice cream" at Erin Mckenna's. It's made with coconut milk and is deliciousssss. I love that Disney has good food AND caters to food allergies. Actually, I love everything about Disney.
Out in the east side of Orlando there’s a bakery called Sweets! By Good Golly Miss Holly. She was on cupcake wars a few times and I have been to both them and sprinkles and aside from the s’mores cupcake at sprinkles, sweets is so much better.
Would love to know more about The Coca Cola store at Springs! We keep wanting to go, but haven't made it there yet.
Oh! We have a video about that! ruclips.net/video/pFzAxJi9Ank/видео.html
What about Frontera Cocina? I wanna know your opinion. Love this channel and your blog!
House of Blues banana bread pudding is the best bread pudding I have tasted EVER. I dream about it and think that my upcoming trip in April is just to get that again.
It's so refreshing to hear honest opinions! I've always thought planet Hollywood was overrated, poor service and underwhelming food. Just nice to hear that I'm not crazy.
Try amorette's pistachio eclair. Their eclairs are the best thing to me but that's the best of them. ; p I have to go when there and I just love it.
No Blaze Pizza?!?! I love that place.
Love these :) xx
AJ....totally loving these videos!! Have you talked about Splitsville yet? If not, please do!!
Love all the content you put up. Makes me even more excited for our trip. Interested to know, if you could only choose one bakery, would you opt for Sprinkles or Erin McKenna?
cristia velez Thanks for the reply. We don't have allergy issues so will opt for Sprinkles. Nothing worse than cake that looks amazing but is dry to eat.
SPRINKLES!!
How is terralina? Portabellos was amazing and I wondered if terralina is just as good. Thanks aj love your videos. My whole family watches
You should put Wolfgang Puck Express on part 3! It has great pasta and bbq chicken pizza!
i'm going soon and i can't wait! 80% of my vacation budget might go to food rather than souvenirs XD
2020 just been to D Springs. Better than before.
Did you get any of these or find any treasures of your own? Or just anything thats a must do in general? I'm going in a month
I'm glad you were willing to call out the mega shakes, they're way overblown! Still may check out a drink menu at Planet Hollywood, but I'd rather hit Toothsome for shakes
Hi guys. Your vlogs are amazing. I know where i will be eating when we get there in september. Do you only do Disney eats? I love Friendly on i drive. But cant find any vlogs on it. Thank you. Keep up the fantastic job. Love you and joey. Xxxxx
Can you use the Disney Quick-Service Dining Plan for some of these places?
