Dimash sang the anthem at Ak-Orda Palace in Astana. This is the official seat of the President of Kazakhstan. The anthem in its current form has been around since January 6, 2006. By the way Kazakhstan is the 9th biggest country in the world. The first time he sang the anthem was before the boxing fight between Gennady Golovkin from Kazakhstan (Dimash's friend) and the Mexican Canelo Alvarez in Las Vegas. He traveled to Las Vegas at the request of his friend Golovkin just a few days before his big concert in Almaty, Kazakhstan in September 2022. I woke up extra early to see Dimash sing it. In Germany the fight was I think at 3.30 or 4.00 am. It was worth it. I couldn't believe it when I heard his voice. I was so proud when he sang the anthem, even though it's not mine and I sang it the whole day. I couldn’t get it out of my mind. At this time things went crazy on Twitter after the fight. So many people wanted to know who sang the national anthem and Dears had a lot to do educating people. Love from Germany 👋 ❤

I was born in the United States but my grandparents from both sides lived in futog that is now in Serbia. Before that I think France. I don't know much about the history of my family in Europe. My grandmother and Mom used to speak to me in a language that I understood when I was young. It was a serbian/ Hungarian /German dialect. My Dad was born in the USA in 1922.
