- Matcha white chocolate brownies made from scratch. A little sea salt flakes somehow make it tastes even better. I like this recipe because the brownies are moist and fudgy, and not so cake-like. Try it, I believe you will love it too.

Ingredients:
White chocolate 白巧克力 180g
Butter 奶油 140g
Egg 鸡蛋 2 no.
Sugar 砂糖 120g
Plain flour 中筋面粉 100g
Matcha powder 抹茶粉 15g
Chocolate chip, as needed 巧克力豆
Sea salt flakes, as needed 海盐片
以预热好的烤箱160C烘烤25-30分钟
Bake in preheated oven at 160C for 25-30 minutes

The recipe was so easy to make and it was delicious! I added 100g of sugar and 35g and matcha powder for my likings as I really like the taste of matcha and it worked great.This was definitely one of the best desserts I’ve ever made will definitely make it again!
