Bank is having inspection department as well as rbi also. They have to give the report for that, even if LOU issued by officer , inspection department people should check the contingent liability (outstanding of BG/LC issued by bank). That outstanding report should be report to zonal office. RBI also involved in this mattter

It's not CMS it is CBS (core banking system)... Rollover of Letter of undertaking is done by all business man. The current manger of the bank is taken as safegoat... Management of PNB is totally involved in this.. Why the Nostro account is audited... There is no explanation...

Video shows Nirav modi details, and pics , But the technical details of the transactions are not clear , could not under stand for common men . Based on LOU of PNB , Nirav modi draws money from other bank(Indian origin Banks) in foreign country .OK The money transacted in foreign country in foreign currency . Then SWIFT instructions why go from india? Why the money issuing branch not confirming the LOU with PNB . Like these issues indicate failure of Nationalised Banks in dealing with such a transactions. The beauty of the case is no private sector bank affected by this scam . For small bribe even hundred of rupees Govt lower grade employee are hand cuffed and arrested .
