The Storm Blot ABE thing was actually about how ABEs line is taken out of context, he was actually talking about the Blot trapped in the jug from EM1 who got released, but everyone thought he was talking about the Storm Blot from the concept art. Apparently the name "Storm Blot" was reused as a nickname for the Blot. It's used in the filenames for the Blot's model and textures. I have a video proving the ABE thing, I cant link it due to RUclips removing the comment because of a link but you should be able to find it by searching "Epic Mickey 2 Train Tunnels Abe Voice" Go to 5:11 in that video for the context

Something I gotta mention though is that "NPC inconsistencies between games" refers to how in EM1 and EM2, the designs were inconsistent, like the Cinema Usher being a cow in the first game, and a horse in the second. Jack Kelley, the news reporter, goes through the exact opposite change. Most female goats and female cows are blended together to create goat-cows and the male cows are now referred to as male goats (there were no male goats in the second game). So, stuff like that. But you got it right with the telephone - that was one of them!
Ooh also there were two other small things to note (please know that I'm not trying to criticize your work, just trying to inform you for the recap/corrections video): "Pirate Pete," while the information you explained was entirely accurate, the iceberg point also refers to Pirate Pete being a scrapped major character in EM2. His lore is explored in entirety on his Epic Mickey Wiki page. "Animatronic Hook's Origins" refers to how Animatronic Hook used to be a regular Toon who was a scrapped version of the real Captain Hook, similar to the Petes, and Smee. He used the Skull Island machine to convert himself into an animatronic. That's all. Outstanding video and great job! Love your stuff!

iirc, in the instruction manual for Power of Illusion, it specifically stated the game takes place after Epic Mickey 2, as they are finishing repairs on the Earthquake damage.
From my understanding, Hook's disappearance in Epic Mickey 2 is due to Blackbeard and/or Pirate Pete. My theory as to how the fight in Epic Mickey 1 was played out is that Mickey used the 3rd route to smash Hook to pieces, but his head was left intact (if you play the game and use the third route to fight him, you can actually see his head is still on the dock of the ship, still moving and blinking), and then afterward, Mickey climbs to the top to free the Sprite, since it was with Pete Pan in EM2 (you can actually free the Sprite after defeating Hook in either Thinner route)
One of the things I love about this game is that I discovered things I had never seen before years after getting the game. Maybe this one was obvious to other people but I didn't discover it until way later but in the Mad Doctor's attic if you go to the machines on the right of the stage they can play some more audio from Prescott's weird talk show ramblings.
POI definitely takes place after EM2. Before selecting the game on the 3DS, enter the virtual manual. The manual gives more story info than the physical one, and mentions how wasteland citizens were rebuilding the damage caused by the Quakes. The POI castle is also in Tomorrow city square, after Gus fixes the TC projector screen to go to TC square, but after going through, he finds the castle of illusion.
Fun fact about this, EM2's audio files has an unused line for Gus where he says that the Tomorrow City projector broke down, which is referenced in that POI plot

Edit: I grew up with Wii U if you wanna look into it but… I wouldn’t blame you for not doing so b/c y’know, The Power of Two frames per second.
Hey! super cool video i read some of the comments and saw you plan to make a recap/corrections portion at the end of part 3 - that sounds cool but i recommend doing that in a separate video in case there's anything you miss in part 3 that some people might correct u on not saying u will do a bad job, just it will be more efficient and stuff

No, the Storm Blot was the original name of the Blot. The Phantom Blot was always called that. Some people say that the “Oswald Blot” concept art is the Storm Bot, but that’s also false.
So before Epic Mickey 2 came out, the only public use of Storm Blot was Hamilton's concept art of the Oswald Blot. Abe's Line is the first time outside of that concept art that the name was used, leaving some people to believe that's what was being referred too. Eventually Chase Jones was able to clear up the confusion on Twitter stating that the citizens of Wasteland refer to the Blot as "Storm Blot". This is also helped by the fact that Abe’s line is from the Diorama that depicts both the Shadow Blot and the main Blot fight. With this context in mind it's completely clear what the name Storm Blot is supposed to be referring too, rather than weirdly placed foreshadowing.

I even missed some stuff during the first time I played the game like the entire forest area of fort wasteland and the turret part of the Prescott boss battle.

The thinner ending could also be cannon as this would explain why Hook is missing or absent from Epic Mickey 2.
