Some notes.
Anima conduit on melee is worse than on ranged, so I would drop it down a bit
Committed does extra damage based on the amount of health the mob is missing. If the mob is missing 40% health you do 40% more damage. On average it does about 1% less than crit. So it should always be in the same tier as crit.
Exploding is really good on 6 banner trials in 4 player multiplayer because there are so many mobs and the health of the mobs is so high, but it falls off the easier the mobs are and the fever of them is spawning.
Guarding strike is S tier, it's one of the 3 big enchantments you want on all your medium to slow speed weapons.
Soul siphon is on hit, not on kill.
Unchanting on +25 is S tier with doubling the damage against enchanted mobs which are the only dangerous mobs there. But on lower difficulties it's bad because there aren't as many enchanted mobs.
Weakening is slightly worse than guarding strike, 40% vs 50%. But it's on hit while Guarding strike is on kill. At worst it should be only 1 tier below Guarding strike. So easy A.
For almost all weapons on apoc +25 you want Void strike for the big extra damage against almost all mobs. Unchanting against all Enchanted mobs. Because only enchanted mobs are dangerous on +25, and Guarding strike for increased survivability. Fourth slot is for Leeching if you don't use Wither Armor or Anima conduit on your bow. If you do use Wither or Anima conduit the 4th slot is for another damage enchantment, Crit being an average of +40% dps, Committed on average being about 1% less than crit, and sharp being a bit worse than both crit and committed.
Guarding strike slot can be replaced with refreshment if you are specifically running a potion barrier build with Champions armor, or Weakening if you are playing on a budget regarding how much you can reroll.
The 4th slot can also be used for refreshment or weakening in addition to having Guarding strike on 3rd slot if you want to go play a really tanky build with wither armor.
Enigma is a bit tricky. Enigma wants to be paired with crit whenever you use it because they stack so nicely together, but stacking them means you loose 1 of the 3 main enchantments. Of course it's still possible to run Enigma as your 4th with the 3 meta enchantments because it's slightly better than crit for damage.
Soul siphon is fun for the 4th slot when you are using anima conduit on your bow, because now you will be healing a crazy amount. Often a bit overkill for healing, but fun.
Rest of the enchantments are strictly worse than the options listed above unless for specific weapons like, Radiance, Swirling and Shockwave for Fighters Binding and Sawblade. Radiance and grav on rapiers. Dynamo, artifact synergy and pain cycle on sawblade. Dynamo, artifact synergy and ambush on Encrusted anchor. Grav on spears.

Weakening has one hidden effect
Melee with weakening enchantment WON’T RESET the void strike from ranged,so does the “red” damage number
(course with no void strike on melee)

Commited does a % increase based on enemy health remaining. So if a enemy is missing 25% hp, you get a 25% damage increase. The number is not random.
Honestly I feel like that almost makes it worse
It's better on faster hitting weapons. If used on a boss, you slowly increase your dps. On average it works out to like a 30-40% increase overall.

Exploding easily one of the best claymore enchantments, it deserves way highter.

I think weakening should be at least b because 40% damage reduction is kinda op other wise all goods
yeah for bosses it could be really good
Sure but for swarms, it's not that effective
@@bluzfiddler1 Well it depends. Let's say weakening for fighters bindings. Weakening is kinda useless because of its small range. However for something like the starless night it works very well as it's range is large so it affects all the mobs around you without diminishing effects.

Why is exploding c and echo is atleast b
Echo on a weapon like Starless Night that has Crit+Void is almost OP. Exploding works well once you get the first couple kills in a swarm. You have to get them first though.
dynamo is goated when paired with multi roll Armour when playing on maps with lots of bosses or high hp enemies. atrocious take.
radiance is only S tier with fast attacking weapons (gauntlets and daggers).
shock wave would be really good with gauntlets but i haven't got any to test out.
IMO poison cloud is better that fire aspect as it has a splash effect.
exploding is S tier for sure.
gravity is easily F. the amount of times ive died to it is insane.
committed is goated. at least A tier.

Critical hit calculation is not on “your swing”, but “the mob you hit “
The calculation is separating
Using starless night or anchor,you can hit many mobs with one hit , maybe a quarter of them got crit
Crit is still very effective on slow weapon
rampaging is should be S tier because on slower weapons it would be good though yeah a death cap mushroom is great but having 50% extra attack speed is good and that 10% happen quite often once you try it out. And 15 seconds is almost way more then enough time for it to happen again but everything else on this list i agree with.

Pain cycle actually does quintuple damage when maxxed out

Weakening could definitely be higher, when using armor without any damage reduction (which are most armors) weakening is great for survivability. Also, Thundering is AOE, because it chains multiple enemies, so it’s actually better than you might think it is! 👍🏼
Final shout is missing, one of the best enchantments too

Refreshment should be S tier,its leeching but better,just kill 3 mobs fast enough and your able to heal to full,also dynamo and ambush should at least be C tier considering the combos you can make with them
