Thanks! Other than the AG lawsuit that gave people a whopping $250.00 for forebearance steering (and there were strict parameters for who qualified for the 250), why hasn't there been a class action lawsuit for widespread forebearance steering (Navient)? I just don't get it! Until the pandemic, I never knew there was an IDR program that they were required to disclose? How can this be legal and why no justice from the private lawsuit side?

Thanks for the TXT tool at your website. I consolidated years ago and the chart shows a gap for a couple of years of payments. They were FFELP loans that became privately held. Oh well.
Edit: FFELP student loans are federally backed student loans originally funded by private lenders.
