Funny how we're all born like this but adult life slowly wears us down until we become numb and forget how beautiful this world can be.
Well it is called "habit" in our case. When you have seen way too many rainy days you take them for granted as yet another thing that happens. When we are babies most of things around us are new. It is pretty much what I find when I travel. Every new place is full of new experiences that are pleasing to the eye
It´s the stupid society "Western" cultures have created and not so Western societies have copied. Stupid concepts like "winner or loser" "success" "modern society" "IQ tests"..and look at how fragile humans, we, are. Welcome to our 2020-2021 success. Lol

I’m 74 years old and I still love standing in the rain and snow. It’s one of the small moments that makes life worth living. Watching this precious little girl in the rain makes me feel warm inside. Makes me remember the best times of my life.
I am 75 and this reminds me of walking home from school in Gr 8 in the pouring rain and just soaking in every step along the way! No umbrella or raincoat. Just letting myself get completely soaked and feeling free spirited!! Love watching this little girl enjoying the rain so much too! So sweet!👏🏻🥰🇨🇦

I grew up in a home that was also a daycare, believe me, kids are absolutely capable of hating something. Even if its just the taste of broccoli or peas.
When I was a young child living in Asia, all the neighborhood kids would run around in the rain. Everytime we heard thunder or rain, we all squealed with delight and ran out. Precious times.
We did that in Ghana too... The good ole days😍😍

When I was little, my Aunt would let me and my cousins put on our bathing suits and play the rain in their backyard. We had a grand old time too! Only heavy rain, not during thunderstorms.

I'm 73...live in semi tropical North Queensland and I love the rain and storms...I'll stand out in it semi naked in it in backyard being soaked through...after months of no rain whatsoever and the wet season starts...the deluge is a joy to behold...I never complain when it floods its far better than droughts and bushfires. A joy bringing new life and regrowth.

There is difference between rain, ocean water, underground water. And ping lake water. Have yall realise tho you water plants daily. They grow faster when it rains. Have yall realise that grasses and every area becomes green after a rain? Because rain has life powers that they observe from the ozone. We have to drink rain water to be healthy. And the ground water isn’t water to drink. Tho they have minerals, it’s there for the plants which’s roots are deep and to keep the earth moistures. It’s not for drinking. But just because we know there are minerals we drink.
People get cold after going in rain fights. That’s totally not true. We get cold only when you take a bath again after going on rain. You should not bath.

The kids these days are also losing their childhoods very quickly. They have to cherish those times by spending time outside, with the family, playing with friends, living like a child. Otherwise, they’ll realize it too late when life hits them.

But when you grow up you won't remember this blissful joy you had. Not at this age anyway. Do people remember stuff from when they were 2-3 years old?
