Hi why does mine display resolution on the mecool km2 plus only limits to 4k 30hz instead of 4k 60hz? My TV supports 4k 60hz and I have a HDMI 2.1 cable. Why???
The only thing that I suspect is the cable. But yours is HDMI 2.1 already. So I have no idea then.

No. PCM so far.
@@jayceooi It has dedicated "spdif output". Have u turn off Dolby Digital Plus and Dolby Atmos (leaving Dolby Digital only toggle on) while playing Netflix?

I own this exact box and thanks for the great review! Very infirmative. Question for you - when I go to access the "Data" folder in Xplore File Manager, I can't get into the folder as it says "Access Denied" with a red dot on the folder. Do you know of a work around so I can access this folder? Thanks in advance!

No idea, please check with MECOOL Support. But it should work.
So much for in depth review. One thing you should be aware of is that even with USB thumb drive, you can not write to it eg save files like you can with the fire tv stick.
Can I connect my 3.5mm headphones in av port in this box ? Will this give stereo effect

May I asked where can I Looking for TECH Assist/Support?
I not sure what is going on, this device can't display the HDR even though its spec showed it could do that.
For example: I try the few RUclips video clip which HDR format, I never find any HDR option.
My TV & Hdmi cable was HDR supported, i use that tv for PS5.

@@norbertrivera Not to worry about USB port speed. Even USB 2.0 is faster than 5G WiFi. As long as the device can play 4K contents, USB port can do so too. Therefore, not many mention it.

Strange your KM2+ have 4K60 as option, mine is only at 4K30 tops, but it is fine, I can enjoy Netflix at 4K ^^
Is your TV support 4K@60? Or you might need to change a new HDMI 2.0 cable.

Mecool KM2 Plus has not HDR! If HDR was put on only an 1080p Signal comes to my QLED 4K TV. Any Netflix and Co. comes in HD. If you put HDR off then you can enjoy in 4K UHD. Been warned and informed before you buy in!
