- I went out for a street food tour in Chennai, South India. After finishing some other dishes out on the streets, I found this little restaurant where I ate Aloo Paratha and Paneer Butter Masala. I really wonder how much the price for the Paratha was, because I also had a Coca-Cola and the final price was a bit too cheap to believe the staff calculated everything correctly.
Respect to the man at the end he said cannot ask for money,come sit down❤

Those streets are equally trashy as ones in North India. Well then i realise we all are one and Indian so basically it's in our blood to do something like that with public places.

Tofu is made of soya milk but paneer is made of milk also known as cottage cheese. In India tofu is not popular as paneer so everywhere tofu looking thing in India is paneer.

After having visited Western supermarkets, buying "Cottage cheese" and having cooked it like Paneer I realised that cottage cheese is absolutely different than Paneer. Paneer is paneer, i dont think there's an equivalent term for that in English(enlighten me if there is). Cottage cheese melts as soon as u try to fry/grill them while panner gets charred... I really miss India😢

If you don't know something plz ask. The Paratha had aloo or potato and that's paneer (cottage cheese which comes from milk) and not tofu which is made of soy
