It was short because the American viewers can’t understand proper Scottish, Irish and Welsh accents.
He didn’t forget the rest he was reading off a cue card and lost his place
I think he may have been late to the stage? Other wise wouldn't they have extended his bit w a cast member cimimg out and chatting? Maybe he was nervous or having kilt troubles

What we've got here in James McAvoy is a NATURALLY and extremely attractive man physically, with and without money. He could be a dishwasher or walking on the street and MANY women (and men) would think "wow, he's really, really handsome"...because he is. And for many of us, we would actually *prefer* a real life version that isn't a rich celebrity. Money is appealing to *everyone* (not just women) in a capitalist society, but it won't make you handsome or likeable.

I don't understand... life?? Like he's one of the best actors out there, incredibly funny, witty, a great entertainer... He's really humble and nice, besides, charming and hot as hell, yet he gets so little recognition and appreciation taking into consideration how talented he is. Literally everybody loves him, but the industry just ignores him somehow. And I think this is so not okay. He is criminally underrated, and would deserve everything ❤❤❤
I’m not sure how he’s ignored? He’s been a leading man in quite a few blockbusters and critically acclaimed movies for like the last 13 years. He’s seemed quite ubiquitous to me since The Last King of Scotland.
Yeah, but that's the thing: he gets a lot of roles, delivers, critics praise him, but he is not being remunerated very often and you'd expect a lot of people 'd know his name but they just don't. There are actors who everybody knows and still they have more prizes and less talent than him.
Lucky for him being big in USA isn't everything. He's got tons of recognition here in Europe.
One of the reasons is that he doesn't get involved in any drama or doesn't date high profile. He doesn't even live in LA (where most movie stars live). He doesn't draw any attention other than his work and the media finds it boring

Just got home from seeing Glass. Then movie was ok, but he was phenomenal! So enthralling to watch and see him change personalities and how seamless it seemed!
Not gonna lie, Split came off more as a comedy to me than horror 🤣
Shayamalan is far from a great writer & director. The only good acting in Split is Anya and James. The other girls are horrific actresses given terrible roles in the first place. The movie would have been far better if he only kidnapped her. And, the majority of his themes and content in his movies merit an R rating and really suffer from only ever being pg13

Saw McAvoy in person, playing as part of Team Rest of the World at Stamford Bridge for UNICEF's Soccer Aid 2019. He played alongside celebrities like Usain Bolt, Martin Compston & Niall Horan and former footballers such as Julio Cesar, Roberto Carlos, Eric Cantona & my favorite player of all time Didier Drogba. He's a very good actor and actually a decent player as well, it was really fun to see him.
