I was just aboutta say what kinda dumbass expert did they get for this. Just to make it clear it is NOT a red diamond. Red diamonds are the rarest color of diamond out there. A 1 carat red diamond is $2mil plus. The largest red diamond known is the 5.11 carat Moussaieff Red Diamond. The stone is most likely a garnet, as Lewis Hamilton wouldn't spend couple mil on a ruby that size (round 20 carats) and clarity.
