I've had the chance to see the Patek & Tiffany dial a couple of days ago in a very select place in London. For a second I believed it's a fake then I found out the guy who was wearing it was the son of Qatar's Emir so.... I think it was genuine.

He gave the facts, as long as the buyer understands, can afford it and still want it then go ahead. Is what you want, you should be able to enjoy it.
