I had a 12” power sub box in my Fit it sounded good ! I swapped it for a bazooka 8” sub and was surprised that it actually sounded louder clearer and had more bass !
In theory any self powered 50-ish watt sub will work. But if you hook up a sub that draws too much power you could defiantly blow a fuse (or worse). Good luck!
I did it! It works! :D I installed an itty-bitty 400w (Lol the RMS is actually 20~30w) but it's enough to give the car better range and sounds so much better. Thanks for the vid!@@TheStockpile
Without the Alpine system (in the Abarth) you can't install it this way. However, an amp can still be added but you would have to run external power. Probably a job for a qualified stereo shop.
Thanks bro I just bought this because of your vid! Thanks. Subbed!

I was hoping to do this with a downfiring sub! I just wasn't sure if I'd blow any fuses or whatever. Thanks for the tutorial! :D

How would this work in a Fiat pop that doesn't already have the Abarth wiring. Would it still be Doable ?

How does it sound when you play nickelback?
Oh my gosh- I am SO glad you asked. It's sounds terrible. But I think it's a Nickelback issue and not the sub.
